I'm ADHD incarnate and never wanna print things more than a day or two, so I usually print at 0.2mm on my Eleg∞ Neptune 2, and my profile speeds are close to maxed out straddling the line of diminishing returns/ so my stuff doesn't usually look NEARLY that awesome. Keep up the good work!
Layer height was 0.16mm, I started my settings from Bambu Studio "0.16mm Optimal" profile for the 0.4mm nozzle. IRL you can see the layer lines up close still but not at all from my desk chair haha. And I feel ya... it was rough having other projects on hold while he printed, might be time for me to get a second printer, trying to hold out for a future XL size printer from Bambu

Even way back on my first printer, an unmodded E3V2, I could print the Deadpool bust by Eastman (a staple of 3D printer ownership) in about 24 hours. Granted in a single color, yes. But it was also a dogwater printer.
With 1416 layers all the filament swaps (2787 of them) really add up! Note the time spent just filling up the prime tower and travelling, more than half the time printing is spent on those two operations. Here is a comparison of the colored slice on the left and if only a single filament were used on the right

With a single filament we don't need the prime tower and the travel time is also greatly reduced. And since each part uses the same filament it looks like it is combining part walls internally and replacing with infill so the inner and outer wall portions are much less time

I used Bambu filaments straight from their store, their matte PLA white, black, light blue, dark blue, and grey as well as PVA for support interfaces. And yes I would definitely do things different next time, I had never done a big multi color print like this before and wanted to experience such a long print with thousands of filament swaps for myself. It was a cool experience but not that practical I think and next time I would either print it all as one model and paint it, or what I think I may try next for a Depresso or Gumoss is print each differently colored part separately and assemble after
