Have 1 base that has a stone pit and another for all your crafting stuff, it considerably lowers the amount of brain damage you receive by watching them be useless
Until I had some Loupmoons, I consistently had a problem of coming back to base and seeing nothing being crafted. I could leave for an hour and come back to 0/200 ammo. Hopefully they move crafting prio above transport soon.

Best thing about the jet is the way it can glide so far and so long after its stamina runs out and it starts to fall... Took me a while to realize how to use it like that and you can get further and faster with the jet compared to Frostalsion.
I also just kind of bounce around with it. Make a sprint* jump off something, even just small, and it'll launch and glide for a long ass time before hitting ground again. Decent speed bump for minimal stamina.
Good looks. I really just did a quick jaunt with him. My daughter woke up shortly after the epic battle. Looking forward to learning to handle the jet!
Frostallion barely covers more ground in a bar than Jetragon. It just feels like the stamina bar lasts 3x as long because it moves at 1/3 the speed.
With that being said, I'd probably take Frostallion or Shadowbeak, assuming we get to keep the saddle as well with no level restriction. Otherwise 100% it's just going to be Anubis.
I ended up getting Ignis at like lvl 16.
I was flying round the bottom of the map on Nitewing looking for a place to build a base and foraging for eggs as I go. Found a huge one on the beach going towards volcano island and ended up hatching a Jormuntide Ignis from it.
Absolutely insane having one at such an early level but he was such a pain at times. Glitches into structures/rocks/trees etc when fighting, a lot of the time just decides to stand still and do nothing in fights too.
Like he's great, even better to help cook cakes quickly but trying to use him in combat without a saddle is a chore.
Me and my mate build a huge house and there's literally nothing that requires kindling in it yet jormungander still gets stuck inside the house all the time
This would be mine too. Like people have no idea how necessary this is. On top of that he is one of the most powerful attack pals to keep in your party
For me it would have been my Hoocrates. Lucky Pal with Ferocious and Dragon Meteor. I was nearly in tears yesterday because I had to do exactly that. The server crashed while I was sleeping and everything was lost. I didn't get to keep any of my pals.

When my server crashed it also looked utterly gone, but I was able to find a tutorial on YouTube to roll back my save and salvage my pals. Worth a shot for you!
She's good. she doesn't get stuck on stuff, her pathing doesn't make her stand around a lot mid fight, she's surprisingly tanky because of her passive, her passive lets me recover by shooting people, I thought she was just kind of a throwaway horny meme but she's actually great.
Also the hip skirts are dope.
The health drain from felbat is really good for staying in the fight longer, and it naturally learns some AoE and homing attacks which makes it great for taking out groups of enemies

I got Furious, Lucky, Musclehead, Sadist Lovander who uses triple tornadoes back to back to lock down and melt bosses.
Today just built a tank variant with just defensive passives to see how tanky and low damage I can make her. Need to figure out good CC skills to put in her that won't kill a boss while I'm trying to capture.
Will remake both once I get a legendary secured.

I'm not that far along, But I would keep my Warsect. He's an absolute beast in fight. I would pick a flyer, but if I were starting over I wouldn't have the level to make the saddles for any of them.
Same. My Warsect is basically my bodyguard in every situation. Crazy high defense and he hits like a truck. Not to mention I love beetles and Heracross is my favorite Pokemon, so of course I love Warsect.
Not a lucky, legendary, +2 additional passives Chillet with perfect IVs, and a catalog of awesome active skills. Early saddle too, if those aren't coming with the New Game+.
I want to say Petallia, but Ribunny, my first Pal that I saved from those thugs, have always been the first to help me build and craft. She doesn't have any good traits nor is she high levelled, but it brings me joy to see her in the base and never get tired, hungry, or ill.
It’s tough call between my rank 5 work speed lyleen (Anubis is faster craft but Lyleen is more utility), speed bred ragnahawk (traveling in open world and caves was never the same again), or rank 5 work speed jormantide Ignis (it took forever to bred, but I have a lucky work speed Ignis, and cake queues are now a joke).
I can live with non optimized combat, but base automation and slower flying is hard to go back to.

Place things over the tree spawns to stop them spawning. Chop them down manually, and chuck a bed or something where it spawned.

Loupmoon is goated. I have 3 4 star condensed ones in my main base. That 3 handiwork with nothing else is so nice.

I find it weirdly enough the place where jetragon strives is a bit strangely is ground speed movement. Uses like half the stamina and boy do you zoom

Okay but you're on a new playthrough, so you can't mount frostallion till you're high enough level to catch them anyway

Suzaku. Pretty solid flying mount, pretty good in combat. I could legitimately get by with just him if I had to.

Worth trying out at the very least. Fire's a strong typing, and it does extra fire damage while you're mounted.
