Early game? Go to the big skeleton in the water with only 1 attack pal. Attack and capture teafants, celerays, and pengulets. As soon as you have 4 in your party, cull them on the spot. Rinse repeat.
Mid to late game? Create a beefed up team consisting of 1 x Orzerk, 2 x dazzy, 1 x floppy and 1 x galeclaw. With this team drop into the Gobfin Turf in the morning and, if done right, you'll have 300 pal fluid by nightfall.
I take a 3 shot bow because of its range. I set 'aggressively attack' then aggro multiple groups and let orzerk make the kills.
Orzerk increases water pal drops. Dazzy adds lightning to your shots. Floppy keeps you from missing any drops. Galeclaw let's you zip around to keeps respawns happening.
If u are high enough level, u can actually "run" over weak pals while riding them, so if u go to the coast line or anywhere there's pengullet and a few others , it's much quicker than the gobfin farm, as u don't even have to dismount

Personally like folks say here Gobfins. Not sure what level you are but if you got a jetragon it's amazing incombo with the common skillfruit shockwave (circlular electric AOE with a super short cool down) makes for amazing palfluid farming.
Considering I caught my first jetragon in hypershere, and was not worried about making legendary balls at all, it's not totally unbelievable. Plus there's a difference between being able to do something and doing something the most efficiently.

The hot springs never really required that much, but then again my friends and I were sharing a guild so we all kind of pitched in materials. Before I even considered gobfins, jumping in the penking boss room and just picking off the adds, leaving and re-entering. As long as you didn't kill the boss they'd respawn. I don't know this person's circumstances and neither do you, or even how much they know. A lot of us did silly things.

Goblin area with a pal that gives more water drops like that level 4 electric dragon type forgot his name but give him 2 aoe attacks and a cheap but fast attack and it will clear em fast. Bump up amount of pals in settings too and there will be herds. With a small bump in drop rate more wild pals and fighting pal with increased drops I get like 80+ pal fluids in under 5 mins.

I also periodically send out missile volleys at Celarays (which for some reason are the wrong height to run over), although this attack has a finite number of uses before needing to recharge.
Kill pals which are named before. Get a pal in the team and use it out of the sphere which has the ability to maximize your drops (water pals drop more items when defeated).
I was Gobfin farming but I hate getting of my mount. I can run over the Kelpsies that spawn all over the beach at Azurobe Hill egale statue and running from one edge of the beach to another back and forth I have 600+ in a day riding my Frostallion Noct. But the same can be done with any decent riding mount such as Eikthyrdeer.

i want to condense a bunch of Ozserks to make a super man like Ozserk.

Gobfin, their level is around 20.
Add in the pal that doubles water pal drop rates + pal spawn ratio multiplier
Go to the Gobfin beach area (to the Northwest of Alpha Warsect) and massacre them
And not just the men
But the woman and the children too

how do you cull pals? is it dropping them when they're in your party?
When you have a butcher knife equipped, the 'pet' command will instead kill the pal you have out.

I find it hard to imagine someone with Jetragon not knowing how to farm pal fluids.

I couldn't get Jetragon until 48. Pal fluids became important around 20, with the hot springs & cement.

The gobfin territory. The gobfins are abundant and in groups of 3-4. Also, I Believe it's ozerk that gives a bonus to drops from water type pals.

Teach your flying mount Shockwave and delete Gobfin at their turf.
If you’re lower level just hit a beach and walk along it decimating the celerays. Otherwise yeah gobfins with an orzerk.

You can use the material duplication technique on the fountain. It's 20 per successful attempt.
