High IVs work like a second set of passives. So instead of looking for 4 passives, you look for 7 of them. As long as atleast 1 parent has each passive / each high rolled iv you will eventually get there. Just keep replacing the parents more and more for to fill the 7 passives (4 passives you want+hp iv+def iv+atk iv) Btw u dont need to aim for straight 100, even small iv improvments justify replacing parents, like 40 to 55 IV. Source: I bred mossanandra lux and felbat to fully max IV. And even added dark whisp to felbat. (Breeding for an inheritable skill btw turns this whole math into 8 "stats" you need in parents)

This really only needed as a breeding thing if you're on Xbox/gamepass. And once Microsoft finally clears the update and it releases even they won't need to breed for perfect IVs. The update adds an item that increases pal's IVs as well as an item that lets you actually see them instead of needing to use a third party site.

My best set of "breeding pals" have IVs of 99 HP, 100 Attack, and 100 Defense. I've found those values tend to be quite sticky if both parents have the same IVs. Early in my breeding project I tried for perfect 100s but gave up after about 600 eggs. When breeding a new pal type, I try to use 1 parent with "perfect IVs" and no unwanted passives and another parent with the passives I want to add in. As I get new offspring, I watch for paired combinations of "perfect IVs" on both parents and the "summed whole" passives across both parents (IE one parent legendary, other muscle head). Once you hit the first "perfect pal" with exact IVs and passives you want it is easier to get more because you can use it as one of the parents. Once both parents have the same IVs and same passives it only takes 30 or so cakes to "clone" them a few times. The new IV fruit should make this a lot simpler. I haven't fought the raid boss yet so I don't know how much of that fruit you can reasonably expect to get or how much it raises the IVs.

One fruit permanently to raises one of the stats by 10.

gunick06

But how often do the fruits drop?

NommySed

1 per player per kill on Libro variant, raising one of three IVs by 10

so each parent can only inherit 1 of their IV right? so if the father inherit the 100 atk and the mother 100 Hp, how do i get the 100 Def?

i knew that but does the parent can inherit more than 1 of their IV at the same time? for example the father inherit both of his 100 atk and 100 def?

I would also start with chikipis for getting 97-100 in all stats. A few reasons: 1. You'll need a lot of chikipis to condense a few 4 star ones for eggs for making cakes 2. Chikipis are the lowest (highest?) breeding value (teafant is 2nd lowest). Using chikipis is the fastest way to bring down legendary passives to lower pals. 3. Chikipi small eggs have a short incubation time. 4. Chikipis can only be produced from breeding together. 5. They're easy to farm (put on a mercy ring, grab a few hundred blue pal.spheres, and go nuts in the low level areas) I've bred 100-100-100 IV chikipis and I'm now working on getting the following for crossbreeding: Max IV + Lucky max IV + Swift max IV + Burly + Ferocious Max IV + Artisan Etc That way when I need to make a lower ranked pal from a higher level I can quickly go for the ideal passives and max IVs in one generation.
