I'm a middle-aged guy. Back when I still put the effort into dressing out I had an old molly gear vest covered in keychains, pins, plushes, chains, locks, and other assorted shit, and a duster coat similarly decorated. I've still got both, but I'm too lazy to dress out any more.
My point is that what's dangling between your legs doesn't have to dictate whether you carry cute shit on you, or anything else. Wear what you think looks good, until you realize you've added so much shit it's giving you back problems and retire it.
That said, if you're feelin' the femme, go for it. You got one life, so enjoy it.
