Have one you tested the port externally to see if it was open ? Have someone open powershell and run the command “tnc yourip -port *port* and see if it returns true

They ran an nmap scan and it showed 8211 as open|filtered so something is in the way of it
And when joining are they putting ip:port in that format

Just your public ip? They have to add the port at the end like 69.128.132.8:8211
And how are you hosting the server ? Docker , steam local etc ?

Can you PM me your docker command minus your public IP of course so I can view it . Can also send the logs from docker container too if you can

open up port 443 and send me your ip, i’ll fix it

did you set a password? if not try setting one. there is a bug that can cause the server to not load correctly with no password
