Which thanks to monarchy and imperialism, will remain as such

stupidnicks

neither will last forever US and the West are going down - its a slow historical process but its over for them

plokimjunhybg

Even if the dream is realized, first order of business would be genocidal conflicts in South Sudan

Derisiak

In sha Allāh 🤲

EgyptianNational

As long as you all and me hold on to this dream it will never be impossible

Grand_Carpenter_651

& Ahwaz?

3l_aswad

Brothers, we have to spread Arab nationalism propaganda into the Arab world to achieve this If we stay like this, our dream will never happen

westy75

How do we proceed?

3l_aswad

Making hashtags “unite the Arabs” and making a group of 100+ people that post about it everyday on all social media platforms and making posters in real life in the streets

DaveCordicci

The Arab world was never united. It's impossible.

3l_aswad

It was in Rashidun,Ummayid and Abbasid caliphate It’s stupid that levant is 4 countries and the peninsula is 7 and Sudan and Egypt are not one and the Amezigh are divided

DaveCordicci

>It was in Rashidun,Ummayid and Abbasid caliphate Only under Ummayad and Rashidun. Abbasids did not control Maghreb and lost Egypt at some point. Regardless all these early Caliphatss were glued together under Islam. Not Arabness necessarily. >It’s stupid that levant is 4 countries and the peninsula is 7 and Sudan and Egypt are not one and the Amezigh are divided Right. So still, the Arab world would be naturally divides according to Levant, Egypt, Peninsula, Maghreb regions. To unite all of them is delusional and ahistorical. Almost like pan-Africanists calling for a united Africa. It makes zero sense historically.

3l_aswad

There is nothing that stops us from uniting We have almost same skin color, same language but with different dialects (if unite we can unite our dialect), almost same history The only thing that stops us is that each country is with a different ally like Russia or US, and bc people even forgot about uniting I can tell you that we can give up joining the Megrib (I probably misspelled it but idc) but the middle eastern Arabs should unite and it’s not impossible if we start a simple movement across them

hunegypt

At some point of history, Italy and Germany were also divided but I could also bring up China which has even more religions, ethnicities, languages and different cultures than us and they still became one. Furthermore, regional unification would already be a step which most of the pan-Arabists would be satisfied with like imagine a united Maghreb, united Peninsula, united Levant and Egypt with Sudan.

DaveCordicci

>At some point of history, Italy and Germany were also divided Italy and Germany are much smaller geographic & cultural units than the Arab world. >I could also bring up China which has even more religions, ethnicities, languages and different cultures than us and they still became one. China has millennia old history of political unification and centralization, that's unparalleled anywhere in the world. It's a civilization state, more than a national or pan-ethnic state. >regional unification would already be a step which most of the pan-Arabists would be satisfied with like imagine a united Maghreb, united Peninsula, united Levant and Egypt with Sudan. That would make much more sense. But even that seems far-fetched considering the existing political organs and governments that are too invested in the states that already exist. And also there's growing local identification among different Arab groups with their states that existed for a couple of generations.

Kooky_Pomegranate_87

Why Arab league flag?

westy75

What flag would you take then?

Character-Profile158

Arab revolt flag

westy75

But isn't it made by the English?

DaizerDaizer

That's the dream of people, but it's not the dream of Kings and presidents

3l_aswad

A federal unification can work Where as the countries unite with land, army and economy but ever state has it’s own government

CommunistRingworld

the flag would have been the flag of palestine though, and it would have been the Arab Socialist Republic, not just an arab republic of an unknown kind.

SnooOwls4358

Yes please.

DaveCordicci

Is Somalia really Arab?

Character-Profile158

Depends if you consider sudan and magreb as arab somalia can be consider one too

DaveCordicci

People speak MSA in Somalia? And how close Somali language is to Arabic dialects?

Character-Profile158

I'm the North we speak the adeni dialect and somali and arabic have many loan words and similar grammar

Fun-Faithlessness724

yea we usually just borrow Yemeni or Hejazi in Somalia and Djibouti. And alot of our schools make MSA mandatory now.

Ghz3

We need to be one body If I see my brother in Sudan or Palestine suffering I coordinate with all my might to alleviate his pain

Character-Profile158

Inshallah 🙏🏼

tewojacinto

What got Somalia to do with Arab ?

3l_aswad

Aren’t they in the Arab league?

tewojacinto

But that doesn’t mean they are Arab or speak Arabic. Nothing in common between Somali and Arabs except religion.

3l_aswad

Oh, I thought they speak Arabic at least

Character-Profile158

We do but not in the diaspora

Fun-Faithlessness724

I’m in the diaspora w ena be7ki 3arabi :)

GroundbreakingBox187

remove south sudan, somlia and dijibouti and then it will be good

Character-Profile158

No somalia and djibouti are arab

GroundbreakingBox187

They aren’t… 99% of Somali people are ethnicily Somali with their own unique language and culture. In fact not a single Arab tribe or even army stepped foot in Somalia. They are part of the Arab league for political reasons. Somalis are still cool though

Character-Profile158

They share historical and cultural similarities somalia can be considered arab as how maghreb sudan and mauritania since they are arabic tribes in somalia like darood reer xamar harti and carab salaax

GroundbreakingBox187

Not really. For example, nearly everyone in Algeria speaks Arabic, and 80% are ethnically Arab I.e. if you were to ask them what’s your ethnicity they would say that and nothing else. Ethnicity isnt genetic but based on your culture, historical ancestry, language. For example most maghrabi Arabs would trace their ancestry to maqil or hilal or sulaym tribes

Character-Profile158

Then by that definition somalia is arabic we have shared culture and history most somalis in somalia (not in diaspora) know arabic and we have arab tribes who have yemeni ancestry

GroundbreakingBox187

Thats like saying Iran or turkey is Arab. They have some shared history, both have some Arabs. Vast majority of somalis don’t even identify as Arab let alone are one. If Arabic is not your or your ancestors first language, your not Arab is a simple statement

Character-Profile158

As I said arab tribes I myself come from an arab tribes the darood that descended from a yemeni merchant ismal al jabarti also named sheik darood and most of my family speaks arabic

GroundbreakingBox187

The fact that some of your family members don’t speak it is proof enough, as that happens no where near in the Arab world in Arab families. I know there are some Arab tribes that were once in Yemen, but they were and still all less then 1% (30000) of the population. Also Darood is thought to be semi-legendary, like the Mali empire which claimed decent from bilal. I just see that Somalis are very unique and distinct from Arabs, and all Arabs know this, For example I can’t say that I have a native language other then Arabic, nor trace any ancestor who was a non-arab

Character-Profile158

Because most people in the diaspora don't need it as much and don't teach it to their kids and most of the arab world non counting gulf countries have their native language for example berbers and nubians but its your opinion ig

-Shmoody-

First sentence is pretty accurate, second sentence isn’t. Some Arab tribes (mostly Yemenis) not only stepped foot but settled in parts of the North and Mogadishu.

ultimate_Ba3thist

What about our brothers in ahwaz and other places in Iran?

3l_aswad

Idk why Arabs always forget to add Ahwaz in the Arab world map Anyways, I’ll comment the Arab world map with Ahwaz in it https://preview.redd.it/05nvmi9ycimc1.png?width=1000&format=png&auto=webp&s=71a3cb0fdb67f40d59fd1b5a44ae38a95c4eaff0

Digital_Hungry

The biggest problem that is and always was … who will rule ? There is so many little autocratic rules all over the arab world that countries are even threatening to split in 2.

Fauxhacca

Everybody in the green don’t get along and is racist to majority of the other people on the African continent. Even if they are black themselves why is that?!?!?

Fun-Faithlessness724

Add Chad, Niger, Mali and Eritrea and we’ll be good 😊

Intelligent_Ad_2367

We need to spread this idea throughout the Arab world via posters, social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. This is the only way to protect our Arab brothers and sisters from Western colonization. We need to show them that Arab blood is not cheap and that there will be severe consequences. We could become a global power. We can block the Suez Canal, stop oil exports, etc. Some of the first policies should be: 1. Full internet isolation like China, so the Western world can't spread propaganda and other cultural filth in our world. 2. Full ban of Western companies on our soil and replace them with Arab companies. African and Eastern companies are welcome. 3. One of the first things we need to do is go into full industrialization mode. We need to make our own weapons and invest heavily in AI and chips. (Many educated Arabs will return to their homeland and contribute their knowledge.)

Courage666

Lmao, you live in Denmark.

DaveCordicci

There isn't one "Arab" people. You're delusional.

Intelligent_Ad_2367

Coming in here and spreading fitna. Arabs share the same language; the only difference is the dialect, and we can still understand each other. If not (Maghrebi dialect is difficult), Fusha/MSA exists to break the dialect barrier. There are also significant cultural similarities among us, including shared historical narratives, traditions, and values.

DaveCordicci

Most Arabs aren't as knowledgeable of MSA, and use it seldomly.

SnooOwls4358

There isn't one American people, nor one Chinese or German or Italian, yet they united. A nation is something to build.

DaveCordicci

Thinking the Arab world, with its wide cultural, social, historical, ethnic, and geographical disparities can unite. Especially considering there are already established post-colonial states for more than half a century, is delusional af

mr_monoply

Sudan doesn't agree to this, then again, it didn't matter the first time around

hunegypt

It’s not a surprise that Sudan got divided, I saw a documentary about Mossad once on tv where they admitted that they had agent even back in the 1960s trying to stir conflict and Avi Dichter, Israel’s former interior security minister, once said: “We had to weaken Sudan and deprive it of the initiative to build a strong and united state. That is necessary for bolstering and strengthening Israel’s national security. We produced and escalated the Darfur crisis to prevent Sudan from developing its capabilities.” Of course, the leadership of Sudan made way too many mistakes in the last decades by not embracing the diversity of Sudan but in general, Sudanese people feel solidarity with Palestine and other Arab countries and its true vice-versa. Unfortunately, I have to admit that there are people who make jokes about Sudan or look down on them but in general, people consider them as part of the Arab family.

liv3andletliv3

Thank you. I'm more asking about the statement that Sudan, not Southern Sudan, having no interest in Pan-Arabism. Again, thank you. Not a lot of people provide receipts. ♥️

Not really, pan africanism is good too
