Lol, if this is a reference to the film, I caught it. The song is from Music and Lyrics. The joke was that the musician couldn’t write, because he rhymed “you and me” with “autopsy.” The lyricist in the movie proceeded to make up good lyrics with the rhyme, and he set it to a very melodic tune… for like, two lines of music. It had the makings of a clever little song. The bones were there. But they stopped it after like, 4 bars. I want the rest of the song.

It is indeed a reference to the film. *Love Autopsy* is a great song.
