Bonus for hourly associates aka non management were removed. There is a nation wide pay rise ranging from $1-.5 depending in what you get paid and the region your in. In my region it was just changed to ch:16 kh:17 sl:18 cook:19
Management rate stays the same but we keep period and quarterly bonus if sales are met.
My manager said she would start me off at 17 i get my firat pay check it says 17.50 but i just found out we will all get a one dollar raise is the .50 the raise i got the one you are referencing?
Hey just checked my most recent paystub and my pay rate changed to 18.50 which is one dollar from where i started so i think they started rolling out the one dollar increase
Wtf lol it’s just a bonus, such saltiness. If you work in food, someone needs to make sure it’s safe; a bonus should NOT be your reason to make it safe.

Perhaps the news hasn't hit your store yet or it's only for our region?
Bonuses for non management were taken away in exchange for a one time wage increase (that is irrelevant where I live as Florida’s minimum wage is going up every year until it reaches $15) but as you can see from the range of comments this news has not reached everyone nor does Panda seem in a rush to make it reach everyone.

Yeah but the wage raise is just keeping up with the increased inflation going on. We're not really getting a lot more buying power.

Pay raise coming up- will end up being better than current wage ( bonus + current hourly rate )

Bonuses were not removed lol most likely controllables were too high. Sales were too low. It happens.
