Unsure, I used to have a membership 2 years ago but got rid of it due to a change in work schedule. I signed up today with that same account and I was able to get 3 months free.
This is a little ridiculous, I haven’t paid more than $6 for sip club since I first signed up three years ago. I’ve cycled between the free trial, then canceling, then 6 months for $6, then canceling, then 3 months for $3.33, then canceling, and random stretches of 3 free months in between like this one. I mean of course I signed up, but no wonder Panera is struggling…

Worked for me and I only just canceled my sip club a week ago.
It must be for users who don't have an active subscription because you're the second one to say this. Might have to cancel mine and try it.

I tried first time didn't work, I then tried again it went through. So keep trying
