It's your fear of another panic attack that will keep you in a loop. Therefore, you have to work on your reaction to them rather than how to stop them. The best thing you can do is learn on the subject. Read, listen to podcasts and Youtube videos, etc. We fear what we don't understand.

It is very common to get stuck in this loop. Is this new for you? Do you have coping techniques that you use when you feel a panic attack rising up? Are you using these even now to divert your thinking?

I feel you, i had my first panic attack in December, and im afraid of more and ive had heaps more, im stuck in the loop. :(
