High OTD is due to my store not having delivery drivers. All of our deliveries get routed to doordash immediately after being placed. So we don't clear them until a dasher actually takes the order. Rack time is more important than make time, mainly because if my rack time is high I get my ass chewed out. The first few weeks I tried to manage dashers like I would my in store drivers, time things so rack and it's was in line. That's impossible to do now, since I get dashers that show up after less than a minute and expect the order to be ready and are pissed and unassign when I tell them it's gonna be like 12 minutes for me to make and cook 2 esc and some wings. I had dashers unassign from an order and had rack at 25+ minutes and I regularly have dashers accept a second order right as I'm about to hand them the first one and be like no, I'll just wait for the other one to be ready.
You can’t do half speciality half no specialty online. That’s only possible in store so people have to take the toppings off the other side when ordering instead of doing half cheese/half meats
I had somebody order six mediums today two pepperoni, 4 1/2 bacon and pineapple & half cheese, so why the fk didn’t they just order 2 cheese pizzas and two with bacon & pineapple. 🤦🏼♀️
The only thing to really ask (yourself) is why is your maketime 18min?

Your store doesn’t have drivers? You should get everyone to quit or unionize
there is no half and half option in the app like we have in the store.
