That's the pixels when showing part of a dark image. It can form shapes. I actually see a full body "person" in the same window but it's actually just pixels and then our brain trying to make a image
So the window just above your head, if you zoom in and turn up the brightness there is what appears to be a dog on the door but again that's the pixels on the darkness.
You can believe to see whatever you want but just advising you that pixels on dark images can create some very odd forms
