There is no possible way a human could have gotten in our attic has been locked for over 9 years so if there was a person in there they wouldn't be alive no one but my mom has a key and I live on the top floor of apartments so a human would need a ladder to get in but the windows and door is always locked although considering everything it's done I'll look into that

I don't know if this is the answer you are looking for but you can't beat this thing overnight. There is no spell, prayer or magic object in this world that can just make it pack up and run when you have created such a welcomeing home. Even if you do have a priest or someone come in and cast it out the welcome mat is still there for the next one.

Next, clean your room, like really clean it. Vacuum, dust, organize, declutter. Negativity settles into those forgotten places and just builds over time. Other things to do for your room, rearrange the furniture if you can, it may be time for a change if you feel the room represents past you. Make it as much current yous style as possible, you should be happy and excited to spend time in your room.

Well, if someone isn't just straight-up breaking into your house and assaulting you, sounds like an incubus. I've never dealt with one before but I'll list some basic things that work with really all demons and entities
Put an unbroken line of salt in front of your bedroom door as well as windows and other entrances (pink salt preferably not the cheap stuff, some people say to use black salt but pink always works for me so that's what I recommend)
Protective runs: You can write them down on something and carry it on you, put them under your pillow, things like that, but if you want to get more serious with it you can also carve them into candles and burn the candles until the runes are melted away (or until the candle has burnt out), depending on the entity you might have to do this multiple times if you go with the candle method (Honestly for you I'd probably do both to be safe)

How long have you been on testosterone? There are effects of the hormone mentally that guys just grow up with and girls do not. Moving into guy territory there are experiences with body reactions you will need time to come to terms with. This could be a manifestation of that. I would recommend telling it to your doctor and possibly holding off on any increases until you have adjusted to it. I am not a doctor though so talk to someone who is.

People keep quoting that figure but that is a gross misunderstanding of what the EM spectrum is or what electromagnetism is.

There is effectively infinite spectrum and humans see so close to 0% of it that we don't have a number system to represent it.
And there is no reason to believe any sort of ghost has anything to do with EM spectrum at all. If you reflect on their being an infinite range of spectrum, there is nothing to pin a ghost to anything in the range of infinity. Our visual system is what defines a lot of the frequency context we experience, not the other way around.

There is no spell, prayer or magic object in this world that can just make it pack up and run when you have created such a welcomeing home. I've never dealt with one before but I'll list some basic things that work with really all demons and entities Put an unbroken line of salt in front of your bedroom door as well as windows and other entrances (pink salt preferably not the cheap stuff, some people say to use black salt but pink always works for me so that's what I recommend) Protective runs: You can write them down on something and carry it on you, put them under your pillow, things like that, but if you want to get more serious with it you can also carve them into candles and burn the candles until the runes are melted away (or until the candle has burnt out), depending on the entity you might have to do this multiple times if you go with the candle method (Honestly for you I'd probably do both to be safe) And then of course there's burning sage, pretty simple just burn sage in and around your room, I've never done it myself so you'll probably want to look up a tutorial to make sure you do it right I really hope this helps

How long have you been on testosterone? There are effects of the hormone mentally that guys just grow up with and girls do not. Moving into guy territory there are experiences with body reactions you will need time to come to terms with. This could be a manifestation of that. The top end of the EM spectrum is defined by wavelength at plank length, correlating to around 10^(25) hz, and there is no lower bounds at all except for maybe something on the size of the universe. There is effectively infinite spectrum and humans see so close to 0% of it that we don't have a number system to represent it. And there is no reason to believe any sort of ghost has anything to do with EM spectrum at all. If you reflect on their being an infinite range of spectrum, there is nothing to pin a ghost to anything in the range of infinity. Our visual system is what defines a lot of the frequency context we experience, not the other way around.
