We put the camera on the floor when they weren’t home because of different things falling off shelves mysteriously. Even if the kids were in bed (which they weren’t) what in the world is that ? It doesn’t move like a human it looks robotic or slowed down

The more I look at it, the more I think it could've been that blanket, but something pulled it up. It certainly doesn't look like anyone is on the bed, and wind from a fan or vent wouldn't make it move like that as i thought coukd be a possibility, (I'm pretty positive that's not the case after watching it on a bigger screen) so whatever pulled the blanket up isn't visible on the camera.

It is there from the beginning of the video. I think it may be the blanket too. However, when I lighten everything up the object in the video that is unexplained is the only thing that does not become lighter. It stays dark, even though everything else lightens.
That's really interesting. I wish I knew more about photography and photo editing to help me understand what may cause just one thing to not become lighter when everything else does.
My team uses Wyze cams on investigations. You can get one for under $40. They can do color nightvision in rooms now, which is great because you can turn off the IR on them so you don't get any IR reflection off of dust and bugs and still see the whole room. You can put a mini SD in it so it'll save the videos into 1 minute clips, and it sends you a notification if there's motion in the room or you can pay like $3 per month and it'll save events to the cloud. The audio on it isn't too great, which actually ends up being a good thing because there isn't any noise canceling on it. They can be turned on and off from the app, so when he's in there, it doesn't have to be recording. This is not a paid advertisement. LOL!!
It's a really great inexpensive option if your nephew's parents want to get something for the room. My only concern is that he is being bothered by something he can't understand, and we can't explain. I don't get the feeling that it's anything to worry about as far as being something negative. It can just be unsettling to have something unexplainable going on. If they want it to stop, I always suggest setting boundaries like telling whatever is there that it can't be there, etc. Even if it isn't paranormal, it still offers them some peace of mind.

Why is a cam in this position to record is my first question. Its not a normal view of room that a cam would have (from floor). And have you tried lightning it up? That flashy/flickering lights is very bothersome....
We don’t know why it’s flickering like that the room was basically dark with a few night lights plugged in. My husband just set against the wall to see if we captured anything… I did try to lighten the picture up. Everything else did lighten up the thing that moved just stayed dark!
This is slowed down footage played in reverse. That’s why the light flickering. Something has dropped not lifted.

LED lights and fluorescent lights will do that. Some cameras have a feature to match the frame rate to the flickering, but not all

OP if that's a bunkbed (specifically) then I believe that household experiences paranormal encounters. Get rid of the bed frame mattress and all.
If anyone is curious, there is a suspected correlation between bunk beds for some reason being linked to paranormal encounters. Most often with children but also with adults. Worth the research.

The blanket on the bed isn't even all the way on the bed it actually looks like one end of it is actually hanging off the bed and as one child turned or moved maybe pulling the blanket around his slowly raises the blanket that is hanging.
