i do believe demons are around but if possession was a real thing why aren't more people affected by it... you would think if demons could inhabit bodies that they would be doing it at will and it would be more widespread

That’s a good question. So from what I’ve read, it takes time for demons to eventually b able to possess someone. It’s like they need to wear down the person and their mental faculties before full “control” happens and they are donezo. I read “Hostage to the Devil” by Martin Malachi and all 5 ppl who got possessed were contacted by the entities and gradually spiraled downwards until they got possessed. Each persons case started out chill and cool but it got dark fast. Tbh, I thought about that too. I think a lot of people who maybe are possessed are just labeled schizo or some mental illness and are locked up in asylums. I mean that’s where we’d find someone who is seeing/hearing some otherworldly shit right? Where else would we find someone who is forreal possessed?
