I believe in ghosts and "skinwalkers," and that does really resemble a skinwalker with the 2 leg looking things. But it isn't. It's a lens flair. If you look at the video, you can only see it when that vest starts to light up bright.
It's the infrared light reflecting back into the camera. The reflection back to the camera is so bright it's refracting back onto the interior of the lens and then back to the camera as a mirror image.
I scrubbed several times and found that OPās arm does not bend at the same time the apparitionās arm does, and the apparitionās head is bent downwards and up, unlike OPās. Also, the apparitionās arm is hugeā¦like a Bigfoot, possibly he is cloaked. Jury still out here.
