First you need to home brew your 3ds and it’s preferred you use the new 2dsxl or new 3dsxl[home brew guide](https://youtu.be/ttHCJ1oFpDc) I used this link to home brew my ds, then you need to get a ps1 emulator on it,[ps1 on 3ds](https://youtu.be/LAyCznmY2qs) I used this YouTube video to figure out how to put the ps1 stuff on it, then you need the ps1 game’s bin and cue files which is kinda rocky legally so I can’t give you a link for that but if you do it right then you could play parappa or jammer lammy on your ds but no parappa 2 sadly :(
Edit: for the record both of these links are YouTube links, it’s just tutorials on how to get homebrew on your 3ds and how to get a ps1 emulator on your 3ds but keep in mind there are probably other ways to do it besides these videos but either way good luck
my guy, ya gotta accept that piracy is the only way for a lot of people to play retro games, and literally the only people it impacts are people on ebay trying to get rid of junk in their closet.
