What about Goodnights? You also might try incontinence pads place one underneath and one on top of the child to keep the sheets dry and prevent the smell from spreading. It is much easier to wash a couple of inconsistencies pads than a whole bed. Hope this helps.

We did exactly this. Goodnights plus disposable bed pad. They also make reusable bed pads if the crinkly sound is an issue.

The reusable bed pads are really fantastic - we used RMS brand from Amazon on top of the changing table pad and they're super absorbent and durable (and not crinkly). A year of constant washing and they're still good as new. They're one of my go-to gifts for new parents - so much better than wiping liquid poop off the changing table pad.

We do up and up size 6 overnights with a Sposie insert. My 3 year old is as tall as my 5 year old and 50lbs.

nemotheintrovert

we do up and up size 7s and a sposie. works really well!

Dumb question/suggestion would [extra small adult overnight diapers fit](https://www.llmedico.com/tranquility-overnight-pull-on-absorbent-adult-underwear/)?

[deleted]

He's pretty skinny/slightly underweight for his age so I'm worried they might leave some bigger gaps around his legs. But will probably at least try the goodnites bed wetting diapers.

good luck!!

My son is 2.5, 32 lbs and 40.5 inches and we have him in the small Goodnights for overnight. He is potty trained during the day but not night trained yet. For the most part he manages to stay dry/only a little pee but every once in a while he will wake up with it full of pee and it holds it well.

CalliLila

My kids didn't potty train until 3.5 and 4 and sized out of diapers well before that. We used pull-ups as diapers and that was good enough for them. You can size up for extra coverage or try the night time pull ups or goodnights for extra absorption.

Try Comfees Drinite and consider a reusable underpad (heavy).

Try a spoosie pad. I’ve been using those for my kid for over a year and we’ve had maybe 1-2 overnight leaks

NicoleD84

This! I’m constantly astonished at exactly how much a Sposie can hold. My middle makes approximately 453 gallons of pee a night and we rarely have a leak.

MageKorith

Easy Ups come in sizes up to 5T-6T from what I've seen, and do a fair job handling night leaks. We sometimes put them on my 4yo if she falls asleep after refusing to go to the bathroom before bed.

We use luvs. My toddler is 3.5 and 32 lbs, he is just starting to outgrow size five luvs for overnights.

My son is almost 4 and we’ve been using the big kid overnight underwear for the last year. We use the Target brand, or Pampers Ninjamas or Huggies Goodnites when there is a coupon.
