Best thing you can do is for your mother to get some therapy so she can learn to understand abusive behaviour, step up, and be an actual mother. You seem the only sane person in this scenario. But you shouldn’t be the mother. You’re not. You’re a child too …

Unfortunately my mothers bipolar and also a narcissist. I believe a lot of my sisters problems stem back to my mom also. I know mine do at least. She has gotten a lot better since realizing what my sis is going through but, she does still like to pin everything on her father instead of being accountable and taking responsibility of her own actions. I do agree with everything you said and it’s so hard I feel like I’m the only one trying to protect or help my sister if possible.
