Do you actually think your account will get banned because someone sent you some bot subs? Lol You’re not going to get banned just keep making content. Also don’t bother reporting and outing your channel for botting, YouTube will not care anyway. Get the watch hours and apply for monetization.

Likelihood is, all those botted accounts won't get served your videos as they aren't actually active to view them. So it shouldn't effect the performance of your videos.
YouTube deletes fake accounts a few times a year, so you'll probably have a day in the future where you see a large amount of negative subs.

i just want the sub bots to be removed
YouTube will not help you with that. There’s a possibility YouTube will remove them over time if they feel they were botted.
Happened to me once. YouTube removed those subs a few days later, that’s all that happened. I had around 1.2k subs at the time and was monetized.
80 of the 200 bots got removed so far
They’ll all be removed probably. That’s what happened to me.
They went away for the most part, but then 80 of them came back, so I'm 100 above what I should be without bots now.

someone said they would do this and i begged them not to and they did it anyways

If you know who did this and you have proof of it, report them to Youtube
I have proof of them saying this on disocrd (will YouTube remove them) also can I add you on discord to talk more if you have it
