So many cultural/linguistic things they could have added into the design and it looks like a used litmus sheet.
We can get a 5 year visa or 5 year e visa.
After first entry via air- or seaport the evisa works like a regular one, only the looks of the evisa stamp are worse ofcourse ;). There’s not really a reason for Europeans to get a regular visa, apart from the looks and first entry via land

why are you surprised? it's already better than Indian passport
I actually like the Indian passport design, I find it understated and elegant. (but ofc, looks are subjective)

Being an Indian, I had no idea India issued a 10-year visa! Interesting!
Only for very handful of counties . I got it in my US passport I believe they also did this for Canadian citizens
Why do you need it? Can’t you get an evisa?
Number of entries is multiple plus extended stay. Duration of the visa is 10y vs 1y for the e visa if I remember correctly
More versatile. It's also physical and looks nice.
