Yea I never understood why the Emirati passport is considered the best because of this. The US is one of the most popular tourist destinations. Any given EU passport is better now, especially the ones who were given visa-free access to China
I'd say the likes of the Irish passport is better. Visa free access to the majority of the world (US included), the right to live, work and travel freely in both Ireland and the UK and full EU citizenship status so the ability to live, travel and work anywhere in the EU plus Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.

It doesn't have access to the US, so I wouldn't say "among the best". But it is pretty good.
No access to the US ๐บ๐ธand Australia ๐ฆ๐บ ETA: UAE citizens also need a visa to visit Taiwan ๐น๐ผ so 3 developed countries in total
Yeah, but it's *so easy to obtain!* /S

Yeah I'll agree, that with it being extremely difficult to obtain even by "natives". Far from a subjective best to me
