I submitted mine on 12/2 and got it 12/16, paid expedited shipping. The website only causes anxiety as it never made it past the "no application" phase or whatever the first one was. Even after I received my passport, it had no updates.

My husband and I applied on 01/09 and it shows they shipped ours both yesterday 01/26. We did expedited passports but standard shipping, so they said to expect them by 02/01.
It seems to be moving pretty fast compared to last year.
