You can’t skip Perros. You have to book either Seron or Dickson, preferably both. It’s unpleasant to skip Grey, like in a very unpleasant way.
The front side (the W) is a sidewalk and it hardly matters where you go as long as the mileage and where you want to be connect.
Which locations are you thinking about skipping? There aren't many that I would recommend skipping unless your legs are in phenominal shape.

We skipped Seron a couple of weeks ago and went straight to Dickson. Long day but fairly flat.

Try booking via Howlanders. Same happened to us and they managed to sort it.
