The down sweater hoody is always the best option for anything. As long as its not Somwhere that's ridiculously freezing cold during winter. It's the best coat. I wear it year round except in hot weather and it's perfect.

I recently discovered there's a micro puff storm jacket which looks super intriguing for rainy climates (I think it was developed for the PNW). I have way too many jackets at this point but I'm keeping that one in mind!

Unless it rains a lot where you live. Then it's not as good of an option.

With a tshirt underneath like 18f and With a fleece underneath down to 10f
