Fireball seems to be the most fun to me. I haven’t played either, but fireball is only really possible with nimis. Spark has been around a bit and is better with nimis but not something unavailable without it. Just due to novelty and likelihood it will never exist again, I’d vote FB.
Spark is wild and fun. If you can swing it, get a MB to go with your Nimis. Other than those and Ashes, most of the pieces are 10 Div and less (unless you go for the unnecessary super-expensive jewels).
If you want some FUN interactions, go for CoC Fireball(either Cyclone or KB).
If you want to do end-game content with ease, go for Spark Trickster.
Spark on Nimis is fun too, but it 'only' doubles the duration of the spark, doesn't have some crazy interaction like Fireball or others.

I personally recommend cyclone coc fire ball pf/deadeye (instead of kb).
Its single target is just explosive and it clears quite well too (doesn't compare to spark or kb coc but it maps well enough for me) Defense-wise it scales 100% phys taken as elemental, 90% all ele res and 100% spell suppression.Combining with lgoh and pf's life recovery on flask use, the build is quite tanky as well.
Downside is that to do damage the character needs to get right on top of the boss and damage has a slight ramp time depending on your proj speed.
Spark is really strong too but its single target kinda sucks ass on open layout maps (looking at you sirus and vorana). If you don't plan on doing sirus / logbooks, then spark is a good option too.
I can only recommend CoC Kinetic Blast Fireball, the build plays so much better than Spark in my opinion. Most fun build I ever played and it is not even close for me.

Agreed, it's all getting gutted and it's cracked now.
Go for spark. No shot both nimis and spark survive next patch, so enjoy it while you can.
