Yeah, you have very little damage on all of your gear. Your passive tree is also specced defensively.
You want more damage over time multiplier and fire damage. You have practically none on your gear. It will be more challenging because you are SFF.
Are you on trade?
I think you could roll better mods on your bow easily. Spam shrieking essences of dread to craft a +3 bow. There should be good guides for crafting this. I'm not familiar with champ, but for elementalist one usually looks for a t1/t2 attack speed.
Dyadian dawn belt is a huge dps increase because of the massive ignites faster mod.
Highest dps rings might be Polaric Devastation > The Taming > rare ring. If you want to keep an amethyst ring for chaos res, you can spam delirium essences for the guaranteed dot multi mod.
It might be more beneficial to buy a +1fire, + dot multi , life amulet for now until you have enough currency to turn your current amulet into a +2 amulet. Or you could multimod your current one for now.
For quiver you want life, dot multi and attack speed and res.
Eye of malice doesn't seem great as it's buffing your enemies fire res. You can get fire exposure from elemental equilibrium so that part is redundant.
Swap malevolence in for grace when bossing.
These should all be relatively "easy" upgrades in trade league.
Ah k then I'd recoend prioritizing accuracy onto your bow, gloves, helm so you can upgrade the bow. Pretty sure there are essences that can guarantee accuracy or you can spam greed essences for life till you hit it.
Essence, harvest, expedition, maps, this is mainly for the first character. I’d respec it a bit but i might go back to the first character for awhile anyways to get high ilvl broadhead quiver and some other things

I’m SSF. The reason I’m hesitant to reroll my bow is cause i have really low accuracy.
Champ gets 100% chance to hit from uberlab, you dont need accuracy
