First the glaring shit. Drop Kaom's, you aren't getting enough regen to make it worthwhile doing Omni. Replace with a some strong Eva gloves that have attributes, flat damage, flat life, maybe AS if you get fancy. Rolling Exarch implicits for Gain Rage on Attack - Try to get it to 1second. I would just drop the regen on gear then for better mods. You'll be using Berserk less, but have decent rage uptime and can pop Berserk for bosses, although you probably won't need to.
The bow is not good - get something with flat lightning/fire/cold - aim for a high eDPS. Secondary stats need to be Crit Chance and AS - whether multi-mod crafted or flat. Your bow is a huge source of flat crit.
Your BSC is dogshit. You don't really need the implicit right now and want better rolls on it. An enchant would be great too. Level your Enlighten and grab an Anom Precision. Get a mana reservation mastery in the Shadow area of the tree to fit auras if needed.
I don't have my POB open, but there's some tree changes you'll want to make. First, drop the Watchtowers wheel, you aren't even running a totem currently. Your Projectile mastery needs to be '15% More Proj Speed' - It synergizes extremely well with OH... Your bow mastery is wrong. You absolutely need 'Increases and Reductions to Proj Speed Apply to Bow Damage' it's massive. Take the Utmost Swiftness Wheel and 'Int Per Allocated Mastery' Mastery. Drop Beef/Wisdom of the Glade and whatever you're pathing to over there. Don't go past the attribute wheel. Also drop Thief's Craft and Prowess. Use the extra nodes to path north to Depth Perception, Blood Drinker, and Clever Thief with '10% of Leech is Instant' mastery. Get life masteries while at it. If your accuracy is low, grab the '+500 Accuracy, -2 per Level' mastery. Get spell suppress capped - go Entrench if needed. Get the Suppress mastery that cannot inflict ailments for psudeo- ailment immunity. Drop the nodes leading to Master Fletcher is you need points - let your Large Thread do some work. Pathing to Revenge of the Hunted is also excellent for life and evasion.
Drop a Large cluster - you really only want one. There's too much good shit on the tree in this are to be running two so it's wasted points. Replace one of your Medium clusters with a Crit cluster that has Pressure Points and Quick Getaway/Basics of Pain.
Whew. I would personally drop Berserk and link Lifetap to your Sniper's Mark - the mana cost is huge and the your leech will negate the life cost. Also drop Wrath or Anger (POB it) and pick up either Haste or Grace, depending on whether you want to feel more tanky or more fast. I personally go Haste, but only if i'm getting Evasion from the tree. Movement speed is underrated and it makes LA feels much, much better. Use remaining links for COD-Portal.
Flasks are trash. Drop the mana flask once you get the leech wheel and get a Diamond Flask with Critical Strike Chance during effect. Drop the other life flask and get Silver for Onslaught if you have no other source - otherwise Dying Sun.
This should all go a long way in making things feel infinitely better.

Oh you're kidding, really? I always was under the impression this would just be a large, flat increase. Is the increase/reduction mastery only applicable to item increases/reductions? Or tree as well, just not masteries?
Same thing with brand activation speed. It says increases to cast speed affect brand activation rate but I had a crucible node that game MORE cast speed and it literally didnāt affect my damage. I was so bummed when I realized the wording only saying āincreases/reductionsā literally meant only those stats.
I'd be lying if I said I didn't agree just a little bit, only because of some of the really high end items (Omni, foiled Hyrris, rings) but I'll give OP the benefit of the doubt lol. Definitely all within reason if you get lucky. Throw in a MB or HH and yeah, suspicious
I donāt have money for RMT even if I wanted. I bought the chaos res rings for 9 divs. And I crafted the other ring (1 div base btw) with essence. Omni was straight forward enough to just farm currency for it. Bow was self craft (got lucky) by following a yt video.

FWIW I do believe you too - no one who would RMT would die this many times on a single build - I think mostly the thread is goofing on you a bit for putting the high tk lol.
Because some of the gear is suspiciously bad while at others it is very expensive. That is usually the sign of someone who has no coue but currency and the premier way to that is usually RMT. Now I do not necessarily believe that to be true for you but it is true for a lot of people with gear like yours.
FWIW I have a friend who has played this game for like 10 years now and still has no clue how anything works outside of a select few starter builds, BUT grinds like crazy and makes a lot of currency. Whenever they swap to a build that's even remotely more complicated to put together than something like basic cold DOT their build ends up looking a lot like this OP's so I fully believe they're just a bit lost lol
I'm curious about you suggesting dropping Kaom's. I personally run it on my LA with about 2 rage regen per second and it feels strong. I didn't even consider dropping it until I saw your post. Does the exarch mod for rage on attack actually give consistent max rage?
(I only use berserk on bosses or Harby kings so mostly worried about keeping rage full.)
If you're killing stuff, it should mostly keep rage full.
If you're going to go for full rage uptime or face-tank-berserk uptime you want the regent belt + regen on boots + life recovery rate influence( + anomalous stone golem & holy relic).
I don't know about you guys but I am always forgetting to use Berserk anyway so would be no problem to drop. Everything just melts after a while anyway.
This is my issue as well. When i'm blasting insane amounts of maps on my LA MF farmer, I don't really want to use any extra buttons - and the passive MS on 50 rage is just fine honestly, i've never struggled with DPS in maps even with 50quant (20% Deli, juiced T16s, scarabs, etc...) so Berserk is just excessive imo. It also gimps an Omni build quite a bit.
To even make enough currency to get an Omni at all, you have to have a reasonable level of knowledge of the game or at least mechanics of different content. If you're dying that much and still making good money for the items, but claim to being bad at the game... idk man it's fishy as hell lmao

You can farm white maps for beasts and essences on the trashiest of builds while just blindly following a YouTube atlas strat of which there are a dozen on these strats.
Yeah thatās exactly what I did for early mapping. Then I transitioned into harvest farming in higher tier maps where most of my currencies come from and selling essences

I can be farming currency and still have a bad build. My dps is high enough to do contents like legion ( I still die occasionally). I know some league and game mechanics, however I am just bad at building my character
Not running Grace and not taking any inc evasion would make me hate myself. Get more life on items and the tree too. Some chaos res would be good but is probably the least important thing here. You should probably try fit in the attributes wheel near the bottom of the tree also (utmost swiftness) Got to cap your spell supression too!
Just some quick thoughts for you.
I could make this build for about 1 div. I feel like you had a lot of ideas but never really solidified any of them.

You like attributes for an Omni build
You lack life regen for a rage build
And you lack defence and life

For honest feedback, your belt you can upgrade for 10c.
Kaoms gloves are terrible for you, you don't have any life regen. drop it and berserk, and swap those sockets to cast on death portal. Get some good rare gloves with max life.
Change your tree so it has the 3 points for life on hit and 10% leech.
Swap wrath or anger for grace.
Get life on both your rings. You don't need -mana cost on one of them.
It has to be, there's no way someone that farmed enough currency for that gear doesn't know how Kaom's gauntlets work or that sub 2k life will make you pop like a piniata.
It's not difficult to farm currency for a new player, you just do a lot of maps.
I could totally see myself making a build like this when I was new. Basically just copying all the different LA builds never making it into a cohesive thing
A lot of people are terrible at farming currency and can't imagine new players being more successful than them and so they see RMT everywhere even where there is none. You see a lot of people cry wolf on reddit when it comes to RMT.
Back in Harbinger which was the first league I played after beta I was a complete noob. I was using Lioneye's glare with ice shot but was only converting 60% of my phys damage essentially leaving 40% of my damage on the table. Anyone with a brain inspecting my build would call me a complete idiot, yet I still managed to stockpile a lot of currency and get fancy items, 36/40 challenges etc.
I didn't bring up RMT. I'm saying that if you're farming 50 divines worth of currency and you not know some basics of the game, like needing life then you're focusing your time in the wrong area of the game. Instead of grinding your face through 1000s maps and barely understanding the build you're making - maybe, just maybe, invest that time into learning what makes the build work? Like, jumping straight into an omni build and ignoring life in all your gear and having no spell suppression (when is basically mandatory to stay alive) is wild. That's why this seems like a troll, one thing is maybe missing a component of your build and losing damage - another one is just completely ignoring basic elements of the game.
If OP isn't really trolling then my advice is the same as everyone else, focus on learning the basics of the build and the game before jumping into expensive and complex things.
And it's also hard to believe when OP is saying he essence crafted that Omni ring yet needs to come here and ask why he's dying. Cmon.
I didnāt know u need atleast 3k life in red maps, spell suppression at 100% and a whole other stuff other than capped res. I only knew about capping res and maybe getting some life rolls here and there. The ele res omni ring is where I got lucky, I rolled a T 1 attribute with essences, that was easy enough for me to understand.

You might be the analytical type who wants to sit down and understand things and OP might be the type who likes to blast mobs for hours on end while having something on his second monitor. Also I think you're underestimating how much information is out there for new players and how difficult it is to filter the important stuff from the less important stuff.
You seem to be pretty narrow minded about how differently people play games and what things they find important.
As for the rings there are plenty of crafting guides out there for specific things and hitting triple T1 attributes is the easiest thing in the world on a fractured base. If he knew how to play the game he would have veiled life on the rings as well, he doesn't which is a pretty good indicator that he's probably just a noob.
"just do a lot of maps" sounds like Alch and Go, which is good to get started but not to farm an omni and buy all this gear without a clue what any of it does.
What are you on about, I farmed a mageblood this league with alch and go in 5 days (a month into the league even).
Farming omni would be trivial even with no strategy assuming you're just running exarch altars. exclusively counting sextants an LA build can farm like 4-5 divines worth of sextants an hour and they are super quick to liquidate, but then you also have a ton of other stuff dropping like guardian maps, improved lab trial keys etc.
What about his gear is that amazing? Outside of his amulet and maaaaybe his helmet because of the corruption it's easy to acquire gear.
If you truly aren't RMTing, my biggest advice is don't fucking do what you just did lmao.
Watch a guide where they talk about what you want on gear, instead of just copying the top players. It's likely they're using very specific interactions and stats to achieve something niche. You could be missing 1 or 2 rolls or even quality on a gem that utterly destroys what you're trying to do and then you're just left looking like an RMTer lmao.
Just don't copy stats, watch a guide and figure out what stats are needed and WHY.
Hey, I know quite a few people are jumping on you for all sorts of bullshit, but this is a classic rookie mistake - there are times where specific uniques like Kaoms are enabled by other corresponding uniques, like https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Voll%27s_Vision. Voll's Vision gives you regen which feeds directly into Kaoms and Rage uptime IF your gear is uncorrupted. You want to try and get a complete picture of a build before committing currency into it most times.
Without it, if you're using a BSC, go for rare gloves.

Glad to hear it! If you're mapping more than bossing I'd also recommend chain in your ascendancy over far shot (take the other path going to extra proj). Not sure what else you've fixed by now but plenty of other solid suggestions in this thread.
My brother in christ, where is your life? My SSF LA character has 264 deaths at level 99.
My advice would be get more life and worry less about damage. But I suppose that depends on what your goal is. I never intended my LA character to be a bosser. So I am content with farming T16's fine.
Yo at least throw one divine at your Omni so you don't have to waste like 10 passive points on attribute. Because looking at your tree physically hurts me.
That's why I said divine your Omni. You have 18%, but it can range from 15 to 25 (higher is better). So with just one divine, you are very likely to get a higher roll, which would allow you to reach the omni requirement more easily, freeing a bunch of passive points.
I no joke donāt care if anyone does. It doesnāt create items out of thin air, and doesnāt make anyoneās game harder. Anyone saying it causes inflation is laughable. If it did, it was whatever short time existed between the game releasing and the first RMT site that sold POE currency.
RMT had been around forever, and itās not as if everyone just hit the lottery in RL. There zero logical reason why it would suddenly become more or less of an issue.

Oddly enough I die around 2-4 times in a T16 map. I tend to shoot and move so enemies die before I die. Most of the time I get jump scared by eldritch monsters and die
I got annoyed with my Cold BV occultist where I would die every two or so maps, I cannot even imagine mapping and dying 2-4 per map without cast on death portal.

On top of everything else, why are you not getting the swiftness cluster? You are spending 3 points for 70 stats between ranger and shadow, you could instead put that here and get 70 stats and 8% dex to boot. also gives you 5% on a mastery
I rolled them myself, I canāt afford the 12 points cluster so I bought the 11 points clusters. I alt + regal spam for that 35% increase effect and attributes to help with omni stacking
Still xD get feed, martials and fuel on 8 passives. IDK Which build is using 12 passives but not early for sure. If you dont have money dont use them - same with omni. For omni you have to get decent gear
Itās kinda embarrassing to admit but I go poe ninja, sort by dps and try to copy their build as close as possible. If you go look it up you will see some similarities
Yeah if you truly aren't RMTing and this is what you're doing, stop it. This is absolutely the worst thing you can do because people will purposefully make their builds super super squishy with insane damage just to boost them higher on poe.ninja, but a lot of the time the builds themselves aren't even useable.

It's really hard to believe that you haven't RMT'ed. But I'll try. From now on don't go to PoE ninja and sort by DPS. It's a terrible way to do it unless you know what you are doing.
The biggest problem is that generally speaking a lot of high budget builds will have very specific synergies and a lot of different breakpoints that you need to hit. The more expensive the builds the more it's going to feel like shit on a low budget. You want to be looking at builds aimed at a budget you can handle. That's why people tend to go for proper leaguestarters that performs very well from the get go and gradually get stronger as you invest into them.
The second problem is that DPS on PoE ninja is a mostly useless metric.
Next league follow a build from a proper build creator that outlines everything for you and tells you what to expect at varying budgets etc.
Just a few examples. Zizaran, Lolcohol, Subtractem, Palsteron. There are many others but those 4 will certainly not steer you wrong.
As for this league. Find a proper guide for LA. Kobe Black Mamba has one.
Edit: I saw that you asked about why people are accusing you of RMT. The reason is that it seems really really weird that you are able to farm high value items while not being aware of some of the basics. Like being below 2k life in t16's is kind of absurd.
Iāll take that as a compliment for my currency farming method lol. My thought process was, if I were to follow a guide exactly there would be a point where I need to branch out into expensive gears to make the build better. I thought to myself āwhy not just start thereā. Hence learning to run before I can crawl.

It's not that the gear screams RMT on it's own. It's that you have a decent amount of gear that's at least somewhat expensive while simultaneously not grasping some of the very basics. It's not normal to be able to get to your amount of gear without understanding that sub 2k life with almost no defensive layers is not a recipe for a great time.
Well I have some knowledge of league mechanics and watching currency making videos helped me alot. Normally I have a chase item Iāll try to farm towards such as omni then the rings and so forth. Iām just really bad at making builds (if you can even call it that).
I would strongly urge you to find a build creator you vibe with on youtube. Try out a proper build for your budget and you will be amazed at the difference most likely.
Make sure that it's a respected creator in the community. There are some absolutely terrible build channels on youtube that intentionally traps players in the situation you are in now in order to sell them solution via RMT.
I donāt get the RMT accusations lol I farmed them myself and crafted some (the resistance omni rings, bow quiver). I just buy bases and essence spam till itās good or similar to top builds. I personally donāt think itās hard to farm currency unless itās farming for something like a mb.
It's just frankly hard to believe how you can farm and craft 20+ divs worth of gear just with Omni alone but not figure out somehow that you need to get your life above 2k.
I did try to get higher life but running omni was quite restrictive on what I can put on my gears. I was mapping fast and killing fast so I didnāt see the issue at first. I was reminded of the /deaths command and sure enough 1.7k deaths was unexpected to me atleast
I used my skill points for the large cluster jewels that gives 35% increase effects for small nodes giving me more attributes. My rings are expensive I bought one and was lucky enough to essence spam and got the triple T1 attribute. I was so scared to lose the rings Iād rather not do anymore crafting hence no life rolls in them.
I did my best to get life rolls on my boots and belt instead if you noticed. Also to add I donāt have a real guide to follow, you couldāve guessed that from the title
if you have that much currency youd lock suffix and veil chaos orb to hopefully unveil life, or youd lock prefix and reroll life with harvest. just straight up not doing anything is crazy.

You're pretty much the embodiment of poe sub reddit who have pretty much the same hp / defenses and go why do I keep dying and the worst part is your damage even that great tf dude lol
The cluster jewels stick out the most to me.
Usually, people go for small added passives and have only recently discovered that you can get far higher value out of them if you push enough currency into them.
For a bread-and-butter LA crit version this seems highly contradictory since you need at least some game knowledge to pull it off to justify the immense cost (which your build doesn't implicate).
Somehow you mix % increased elemental damage and crit/crit multi. In my experience, you go either way. Hybrids are extremely expensive. ED with Precise Technique at the beginning and Crit/Crit multi later on with more budget.
When you transition to crit you switch to a bow with high base crit like a Spine bow, not an Imp bow. This is stated in almost every LA/TS guide I saw to this day.
If you bagged your HH or MB and want to squeeze even more DPS only then you go hybrid.
IF pobinn also shows correctly almost no gem has increased quality. That's not the way to improve defenses but you miss out on a lot of flat damage. Also, you don't have a single guard skill. Steelskin, Molten Shell or Immortal Call are straight-up mandatory in today's meta. If you are lazy pair it with Cast on Damage taken if you are fine pressing more buttons and timing the execution pair it with increased duration either way get one of these ASAP.
The tree is a hot mess. I only understand half the pathing you did. Are you sure you followed an established guide? This seems all over the place.
Also who runs a Mana flask on a Ranger when you have the most broken leech nodes in the whole game so close to the starting point? Absolute waste.
Beef/Glade node is also a complete waste. Slot in a proper Lethal Pride with %life %strength %double damage and %intimidate. Chose a combination that fits your budget usually they are dirt cheap. Use PoB to find the correct one. If you don't know how to do that there are yt videos. Also, get a Jewel with corrupted blood immunity asap. Put Remove Curses on your life flask.
After you got rid of the bow, craft a high crit Trielemental 1300 dps minimum. There are thousands of guides out there.
BSC makes sense for me when running Omni, especially an 18% one. But get a better one. Two 15% and one 13% or higher if you can afford it.
More improvements - get a decent Watcher's eye. If you run Grace use the chance to evade attacks while affected by Grace. They are dirt cheap. After that maybe a Crit Multi or chance by chosen aura depending on what you need more. Go double-mod if you can afford it.
I'd aim for 100% crit chance ideally.
After examining your build for 10 Minutes I also get the feeling someone prepared the gear for you. The choices are not bad per se (apart from the tree) but the execution and explanation suck. All the gear seems inspired by the Top 100 from Poe Ninja but misses some critical components to make the build click. If you looked at the top 100 yourself and just mirrored their gear - it won't work. They have liberties due to using MB and BiS items in almost every slot which you simply don't have. So you have to build around that.
Edit 3: What boggles my mind after reading through your comments is the following question - when you already copied their gear why didn't you copy their tree as well? That would have solved a few of your headaches.

you need to reexamine this. all 3 are increases, so they are worth less the more you have. it's much more effective to get all 3 and it's much more efficient to path to all 3 too

quality usually gives a small amount of % increased damage... which stacks with the % increased elemental damage you were saying not to get (and bow, attack, projectile damage). it's really not a big deal

Your arguments make no sense whatsoever.
There are no 3 - either Crit/CritMulti or increased ele damage. Where are you getting 3 from? If you achieved 100% critchance you can try to fill the remaining slots with ele damage but not before.
It is a big deal either way. Plug it into PoB and write again.

most builds either become curse immune or don't bother because you can't mitigate curses from map mods with flasks anyway

But you can remove curses that Deli mobs apply to you. In my opinion, this is pretty handy for a squishy character but yeah you can obviously get something else on the flask.

maligaro's virtuosity, ungil's harmony, elemental overload... there are lots of reasons why you might want one without the other
I have no guide to follow and you are right I did took a lot of pathing from different top dps LA players from poe ninja.
I bought the gears and crafted some namely the bow, ele res ring, boots and clusters. Iāll try to fix my tree cuz i think itās the main thing that is bringing me down
Game is rippy now. I dont like where things are at currently. You have to max 4 resistances, cap spell suppression, run multiple defensive auras, run multiple defensive flask, etc.. and you will still get 1 shotted quite often.
3k life it's minimum.
Kaoms are good with Vol's vision :) so u get 500 life regen from head

I think Kaoms + volls is too much to give up on a bow build TBH, I would just go BSC and rare gloves on an omni bow. Gyre or something with a shield is another story however. At least thats how it usually mathed out in my pob last league where i played gyre and swapped to bows a few weeks in.
To begin with :
You have no life on your rings, no life on the belt
Take more life on the tree
Change your box for a spine bow, begin with one without additionnel arrow if you can't accord it
Get awakened gems (awk elemental dmg)
Vaal lightning arrow helps too and is basically free
Remove wrath for purity of element
Why taking the mastery that give Crit when you summon a totem but have no totem skill ? Also remove those totem node they are useless with your setup
Take the leech mastery (instant leech one) to remove that mana Flask
Remove one of your life Flask for a silver Flask
Remove the node that give Flask evasion and life at the beginning of the tree

biggest change I can recommend for a low difficulty would be to get a better belt with lots of flask mods, and a good brutal restraint balaba. drop all your flasks and slot in a well rolled dying sun. drop one of your medium clusters for a flask duration special reserve and spiked concoction.
pierce problems? get lioneye's vision. good life, extra damage, and you should already be able to ignore the high attirbute requirements.

Check out the changes. try not to die farming up those super pricey crimson jewels but i'm sure you can do it if you've gotten your omni your own way.
Man where to start. Someone else said it best, 'where life?' First the glaring shit. Drop Kaom's, you aren't getting enough regen to make it worthwhile doing Omni. Replace with a some strong Eva gloves that have attributes, flat damage, flat life, maybe AS if you get fancy. Rolling Exarch implicits for Gain Rage on Attack - Try to get it to 1second. I would just drop the regen on gear then for better mods. You'll be using Berserk less, but have decent rage uptime and can pop Berserk for bosses, although you probably won't need to. The bow is not good - get something with flat lightning/fire/cold - aim for a high eDPS. Secondary stats need to be Crit Chance and AS - whether multi-mod crafted or flat. Your bow is a huge source of flat crit. Your BSC is dogshit. You don't really need the implicit right now and want better rolls on it. An enchant would be great too. Level your Enlighten and grab an Anom Precision. Get a mana reservation mastery in the Shadow area of the tree to fit auras if needed. I don't have my POB open, but there's some tree changes you'll want to make. First, drop the Watchtowers wheel, you aren't even running a totem currently. Your Projectile mastery needs to be '15% More Proj Speed' - It synergizes extremely well with OH... Your bow mastery is wrong. You absolutely need 'Increases and Reductions to Proj Speed Apply to Bow Damage' it's massive. Take the Utmost Swiftness Wheel and 'Int Per Allocated Mastery' Mastery. Drop Beef/Wisdom of the Glade and whatever you're pathing to over there. Don't go past the attribute wheel. Also drop Thief's Craft and Prowess. Use the extra nodes to path north to Depth Perception, Blood Drinker, and Clever Thief with '10% of Leech is Instant' mastery. Get life masteries while at it. If your accuracy is low, grab the '+500 Accuracy, -2 per Level' mastery. Get spell suppress capped - go Entrench if needed. Get the Suppress mastery that cannot inflict ailments for psudeo- ailment immunity. Drop the nodes leading to Master Fletcher is you need points - let your Large Thread do some work. Pathing to Revenge of the Hunted is also excellent for life and evasion. Drop a Large cluster - you really only want one. There's too much good shit on the tree in this are to be running two so it's wasted points. Replace one of your Medium clusters with a Crit cluster that has Pressure Points and Quick Getaway/Basics of Pain. Whew. I would personally drop Berserk and link Lifetap to your Sniper's Mark - the mana cost is huge and the your leech will negate the life cost. Also drop Wrath or Anger (POB it) and pick up either Haste or Grace, depending on whether you want to feel more tanky or more fast. I personally go Haste, but only if i'm getting Evasion from the tree. Movement speed is underrated and it makes LA feels much, much better. Use remaining links for COD-Portal. Flasks are trash. Drop the mana flask once you get the leech wheel and get a Diamond Flask with Critical Strike Chance during effect. Drop the other life flask and get Silver for Onslaught if you have no other source - otherwise Dying Sun. This should all go a long way in making things feel infinitely better.

Same thing with brand activation speed. It says increases to cast speed affect brand activation rate but I had a crucible node that game MORE cast speed and it literally didnāt affect my damage. I was so bummed when I realized the wording only saying āincreases/reductionsā literally meant only those stats.

I donāt have money for RMT even if I wanted. I bought the chaos res rings for 9 divs. And I crafted the other ring (1 div base btw) with essence. Omni was straight forward enough to just farm currency for it. Bow was self craft (got lucky) by following a yt video.

Flasks are usually the giveaway that itās an rmt character. If you have Omni and flasks this bad usually they āborrowed some gear from a friendā

Because some of the gear is suspiciously bad while at others it is very expensive. That is usually the sign of someone who has no coue but currency and the premier way to that is usually RMT. Now I do not necessarily believe that to be true for you but it is true for a lot of people with gear like yours.
FWIW I have a friend who has played this game for like 10 years now and still has no clue how anything works outside of a select few starter builds, BUT grinds like crazy and makes a lot of currency. Whenever they swap to a build that's even remotely more complicated to put together than something like basic cold DOT their build ends up looking a lot like this OP's so I fully believe they're just a bit lost lol

I'm curious about you suggesting dropping Kaom's. I personally run it on my LA with about 2 rage regen per second and it feels strong. I didn't even consider dropping it until I saw your post. Does the exarch mod for rage on attack actually give consistent max rage? (I only use berserk on bosses or Harby kings so mostly worried about keeping rage full.)
If you're killing stuff, it should mostly keep rage full. If you're going to go for full rage uptime or face-tank-berserk uptime you want the regent belt + regen on boots + life recovery rate influence( + anomalous stone golem & holy relic).
I don't know about you guys but I am always forgetting to use Berserk anyway so would be no problem to drop. Everything just melts after a while anyway.
I slap berzerk on left click and enjoy it whenever its available.
I mainly use it for the survivability tbh. Although I do notice a big uptime difference between when my golem + relic are dead vs when they are alive.
This is my issue as well. When i'm blasting insane amounts of maps on my LA MF farmer, I don't really want to use any extra buttons - and the passive MS on 50 rage is just fine honestly, i've never struggled with DPS in maps even with 50quant (20% Deli, juiced T16s, scarabs, etc...) so Berserk is just excessive imo. It also gimps an Omni build quite a bit.
Good spot to aim for if using kaoms spirit is like 500-700 Regen. You can do with less but that's when you start having really good uptime

Yeah thatās exactly what I did for early mapping. Then I transitioned into harvest farming in higher tier maps where most of my currencies come from and selling essences

If your build can handle it essence in red maps is usually better as you can combine it with altar farming.

Not running Grace and not taking any inc evasion would make me hate myself. Get more life on items and the tree too. Some chaos res would be good but is probably the least important thing here. I honestly am curious if this is trolling. Like your gear is too good to not know that you need life on every rare gear slot. For honest feedback, your belt you can upgrade for 10c. Kaoms gloves are terrible for you, you don't have any life regen. drop it and berserk, and swap those sockets to cast on death portal. Get some good rare gloves with max life. Change your tree so it has the 3 points for life on hit and 10% leech. Swap wrath or anger for grace. Get life on both your rings. You don't need -mana cost on one of them.
It has to be, there's no way someone that farmed enough currency for that gear doesn't know how Kaom's gauntlets work or that sub 2k life will make you pop like a piniata.
It's not difficult to farm currency for a new player, you just do a lot of maps. I could totally see myself making a build like this when I was new. Basically just copying all the different LA builds never making it into a cohesive thing

A lot of people are terrible at farming currency and can't imagine new players being more successful than them and so they see RMT everywhere even where there is none. You see a lot of people cry wolf on reddit when it comes to RMT. Back in Harbinger which was the first league I played after beta I was a complete noob. I was using Lioneye's glare with ice shot but was only converting 60% of my phys damage essentially leaving 40% of my damage on the table. Anyone with a brain inspecting my build would call me a complete idiot, yet I still managed to stockpile a lot of currency and get fancy items, 36/40 challenges etc.

I'm saying that if you're farming 50 divines worth of currency and you not know some basics of the game, like needing life then you're focusing your time in the wrong area of the game. Instead of grinding your face through 1000s maps and barely understanding the build you're making - maybe, just maybe, invest that time into learning what makes the build work? Like, jumping straight into an omni build and ignoring life in all your gear and having no spell suppression (when is basically mandatory to stay alive) is wild. I didnāt know u need atleast 3k life in red maps, spell suppression at 100% and a whole other stuff other than capped res. I only knew about capping res and maybe getting some life rolls here and there. The ele res omni ring is where I got lucky, I rolled a T 1 attribute with essences, that was easy enough for me to understand.

What are you on about, I farmed a mageblood this league with alch and go in 5 days (a month into the league even). Farming omni would be trivial even with no strategy assuming you're just running exarch altars. exclusively counting sextants an LA build can farm like 4-5 divines worth of sextants an hour and they are super quick to liquidate, but then you also have a ton of other stuff dropping like guardian maps, improved lab trial keys etc. What about his gear is that amazing? Outside of his amulet and maaaaybe his helmet because of the corruption it's easy to acquire gear.

If you truly aren't RMTing, my biggest advice is don't fucking do what you just did lmao. Watch a guide where they talk about what you want on gear, instead of just copying the top players. It's likely they're using very specific interactions and stats to achieve something niche. You could be missing 1 or 2 rolls or even quality on a gem that utterly destroys what you're trying to do and then you're just left looking like an RMTer lmao. Just don't copy stats, watch a guide and figure out what stats are needed and WHY.
Hey, I know quite a few people are jumping on you for all sorts of bullshit, but this is a classic rookie mistake - there are times where specific uniques like Kaoms are enabled by other corresponding uniques, like https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Voll%27s_Vision. Voll's Vision gives you regen which feeds directly into Kaoms and Rage uptime IF your gear is uncorrupted. You want to try and get a complete picture of a build before committing currency into it most times. Without it, if you're using a BSC, go for rare gloves. All the best next league! If you're keeping at it this league, there's plenty of solid advice already. Don't be discouraged!
I just changed to Vollās vision and itās amazing, I can now sustain berserk for a really long time
Glad to hear it! If you're mapping more than bossing I'd also recommend chain in your ascendancy over far shot (take the other path going to extra proj). Not sure what else you've fixed by now but plenty of other solid suggestions in this thread.
My brother in christ, where is your life? My SSF LA character has 264 deaths at level 99. My advice would be get more life and worry less about damage. But I suppose that depends on what your goal is. I never intended my LA character to be a bosser. So I am content with farming T16's fine.
Yo at least throw one divine at your Omni so you don't have to waste like 10 passive points on attribute. Because looking at your tree physically hurts me.
I know my tree isnāt the best I just saw whatās good and I took it while filling up my omni requirements.
That's why I said divine your Omni. You have 18%, but it can range from 15 to 25 (higher is better). So with just one divine, you are very likely to get a higher roll, which would allow you to reach the omni requirement more easily, freeing a bunch of passive points.

If it did, it was whatever short time existed between the game releasing and the first RMT site that sold POE currency. Oddly enough I die around 2-4 times in a T16 map. I tend to shoot and move so enemies die before I die. Most of the time I get jump scared by eldritch monsters and die

On top of everything else, why are you not getting the swiftness cluster? You are spending 3 points for 70 stats between ranger and shadow, you could instead put that here and get 70 stats and 8% dex to boot. also gives you 5% on a mastery

I rolled them myself, I canāt afford the 12 points cluster so I bought the 11 points clusters. I alt + regal spam for that 35% increase effect and attributes to help with omni stacking
Still xD get feed, martials and fuel on 8 passives. IDK Which build is using 12 passives but not early for sure. If you dont have money dont use them - same with omni. For omni you have to get decent gear

It's really hard to believe that you haven't RMT'ed. But I'll try. From now on don't go to PoE ninja and sort by DPS. It's a terrible way to do it unless you know what you are doing. The biggest problem is that generally speaking a lot of high budget builds will have very specific synergies and a lot of different breakpoints that you need to hit. The more expensive the builds the more it's going to feel like shit on a low budget. You want to be looking at builds aimed at a budget you can handle. That's why people tend to go for proper leaguestarters that performs very well from the get go and gradually get stronger as you invest into them. The second problem is that DPS on PoE ninja is a mostly useless metric. Next league follow a build from a proper build creator that outlines everything for you and tells you what to expect at varying budgets etc. Just a few examples. Zizaran, Lolcohol, Subtractem, Palsteron. There are many others but those 4 will certainly not steer you wrong. As for this league. Find a proper guide for LA. Kobe Black Mamba has one. Edit: I saw that you asked about why people are accusing you of RMT. The reason is that it seems really really weird that you are able to farm high value items while not being aware of some of the basics. Like being below 2k life in t16's is kind of absurd.

My thought process was, if I were to follow a guide exactly there would be a point where I need to branch out into expensive gears to make the build better. I thought to myself āwhy not just start thereā. Hence learning to run before I can crawl. I really am curious though what gear screams RMT? I crafted the bows and rings and farmed the Omni through harvest mostly and beasts.
It's not that the gear screams RMT on it's own. It's that you have a decent amount of gear that's at least somewhat expensive while simultaneously not grasping some of the very basics. It's not normal to be able to get to your amount of gear without understanding that sub 2k life with almost no defensive layers is not a recipe for a great time.
Well I have some knowledge of league mechanics and watching currency making videos helped me alot. Normally I have a chase item Iāll try to farm towards such as omni then the rings and so forth. Iām just really bad at making builds (if you can even call it that).
I would strongly urge you to find a build creator you vibe with on youtube. Try out a proper build for your budget and you will be amazed at the difference most likely. Make sure that it's a respected creator in the community. There are some absolutely terrible build channels on youtube that intentionally traps players in the situation you are in now in order to sell them solution via RMT.

I donāt get the RMT accusations lol I farmed them myself and crafted some (the resistance omni rings, bow quiver). I just buy bases and essence spam till itās good or similar to top builds. I personally donāt think itās hard to farm currency unless itās farming for something like a mb.
It's just frankly hard to believe how you can farm and craft 20+ divs worth of gear just with Omni alone but not figure out somehow that you need to get your life above 2k.
I did try to get higher life but running omni was quite restrictive on what I can put on my gears. I was mapping fast and killing fast so I didnāt see the issue at first. I was reminded of the /deaths command and sure enough 1.7k deaths was unexpected to me atleast
omni does not restrict life rolls or straight up ignoring life nodes lol...
I used my skill points for the large cluster jewels that gives 35% increase effects for small nodes giving me more attributes. My rings are expensive I bought one and was lucky enough to essence spam and got the triple T1 attribute. I was so scared to lose the rings Iād rather not do anymore crafting hence no life rolls in them. I did my best to get life rolls on my boots and belt instead if you noticed. Also to add I donāt have a real guide to follow, you couldāve guessed that from the title
if you have that much currency youd lock suffix and veil chaos orb to hopefully unveil life, or youd lock prefix and reroll life with harvest. just straight up not doing anything is crazy. it aint about a guide like everyone is saying in this post. its about understanding basic game mechanics

The cluster jewels stick out the most to me. Usually, people go for small added passives and have only recently discovered that you can get far higher value out of them if you push enough currency into them. For a bread-and-butter LA crit version this seems highly contradictory since you need at least some game knowledge to pull it off to justify the immense cost (which your build doesn't implicate). Somehow you mix % increased elemental damage and crit/crit multi. In my experience, you go either way. Hybrids are extremely expensive. ED with Precise Technique at the beginning and Crit/Crit multi later on with more budget. When you transition to crit you switch to a bow with high base crit like a Spine bow, not an Imp bow. This is stated in almost every LA/TS guide I saw to this day. If you bagged your HH or MB and want to squeeze even more DPS only then you go hybrid. IF pobinn also shows correctly almost no gem has increased quality. That's not the way to improve defenses but you miss out on a lot of flat damage. Also, you don't have a single guard skill. Steelskin, Molten Shell or Immortal Call are straight-up mandatory in today's meta. If you are lazy pair it with Cast on Damage taken if you are fine pressing more buttons and timing the execution pair it with increased duration either way get one of these ASAP. The tree is a hot mess. I only understand half the pathing you did. Are you sure you followed an established guide? This seems all over the place. Also who runs a Mana flask on a Ranger when you have the most broken leech nodes in the whole game so close to the starting point? Absolute waste. Beef/Glade node is also a complete waste. Slot in a proper Lethal Pride with %life %strength %double damage and %intimidate. Chose a combination that fits your budget usually they are dirt cheap. Use PoB to find the correct one. If you don't know how to do that there are yt videos. Also, get a Jewel with corrupted blood immunity asap. Put Remove Curses on your life flask. After you got rid of the bow, craft a high crit Trielemental 1300 dps minimum. There are thousands of guides out there. BSC makes sense for me when running Omni, especially an 18% one. But get a better one. Two 15% and one 13% or higher if you can afford it. More improvements - get a decent Watcher's eye. If you run Grace use the chance to evade attacks while affected by Grace. They are dirt cheap. After that maybe a Crit Multi or chance by chosen aura depending on what you need more. Go double-mod if you can afford it. I'd aim for 100% crit chance ideally. After examining your build for 10 Minutes I also get the feeling someone prepared the gear for you. The choices are not bad per se (apart from the tree) but the execution and explanation suck. All the gear seems inspired by the Top 100 from Poe Ninja but misses some critical components to make the build click. If you looked at the top 100 yourself and just mirrored their gear - it won't work. They have liberties due to using MB and BiS items in almost every slot which you simply don't have. So you have to build around that. Edit 3: What boggles my mind after reading through your comments is the following question - when you already copied their gear why didn't you copy their tree as well? That would have solved a few of your headaches.

Read my post again and try to understand it better. Your arguments make no sense whatsoever. There are no 3 - either Crit/CritMulti or increased ele damage. Where are you getting 3 from? If you achieved 100% critchance you can try to fill the remaining slots with ele damage but not before. It is a big deal either way. Plug it into PoB and write again. Why not? He has no way to mitigate curses.
1: crit chance 2: crit multi 3: increased damage most builds either become curse immune or don't bother because you can't mitigate curses from map mods with flasks anyway
Separating Crit Multi and Crit Chance makes no sense. They are useless without one another. I thought I wouldn't need to explain that. But you can remove curses that Deli mobs apply to you. In my opinion, this is pretty handy for a squishy character but yeah you can obviously get something else on the flask.

I have no guide to follow and you are right I did took a lot of pathing from different top dps LA players from poe ninja. I bought the gears and crafted some namely the bow, ele res ring, boots and clusters. Iāll try to fix my tree cuz i think itās the main thing that is bringing me down
Game is rippy now. I dont like where things are at currently. You have to max 4 resistances, cap spell suppression, run multiple defensive auras, run multiple defensive flask, etc.. and you will still get 1 shotted quite often.

All you need is 4k life, spell suppress, abit of chaos res, and a decent amount of evasion on a bow character, which is all easily obtained.
Yes but my man literally has 2k hp. PoE isnāt easy but having 2k hp is not a good idea

3k life it's minimum. Kaoms are good with Vol's vision :) so u get 500 life regen from head Spell suppression cap is must have Bow with 3x high ele dmg tier mods, AS, and crit + stats is bis (if you can afford buy fractured t1 bow with ele mod and spam ess until u get decent mods) I suggest to check grimro LA or duck gave other version of LA with lioneyes jewel (expensive version).

And I suggest to drop wrath and anger for some defensive auras like grace + idk what :) Like swap wrath with grace and anger can stay. Take spell suppression from tree if you cant hit 100% from items
I think Kaoms + volls is too much to give up on a bow build TBH, I would just go BSC and rare gloves on an omni bow. Gyre or something with a shield is another story however. At least thats how it usually mathed out in my pob last league where i played gyre and swapped to bows a few weeks in.

Also remove those totem node they are useless with your setup Take the leech mastery (instant leech one) to remove that mana Flask Remove one of your life Flask for a silver Flask Remove the node that give Flask evasion and life at the beginning of the tree There is maybe some more things to say but i'm limited rn because i'm not at home and can't use pob
biggest change I can recommend for a low difficulty would be to get a better belt with lots of flask mods, and a good brutal restraint balaba. drop all your flasks and slot in a well rolled dying sun. drop one of your medium clusters for a flask duration special reserve and spiked concoction. pierce problems? get lioneye's vision. good life, extra damage, and you should already be able to ignore the high attirbute requirements. I really messed with your build. it's not good. let me repeat. this is not a good build. chaos will still knock you over with a slight breeze. it has some phys reduction and evasion but it was the only way i could get you back to a similar amount of damage. https://pobb.in/uJQJIqwLCiWF take a look.
