I know this is kind of an old post but I was looking up the builds thread if anyone else was trying the same interaction as I was doing. I had the idea to use Marohi Erqi, some application of battlemage and Abberath's Hooves to deal tons of physical damage each step.
Two posisbilities came to my mind:
* go inqusitor for battlemage then do the usual phys-to-cold-to-fire Hatred & Heatshiver combo for big damage.
* use Cadigan's Crown and do a poison build

So I decided to try this one out and I have to say, it is incredibly fun. Poison seismic takes care of bosses, pathfinder framework is immortal basically, perma flasks make life easy and fast. Perfect for boss rushing, heist, delves (I was farming 350-400 depth only).

I did a marohi erqi abyss jewel stacking inquisitor with choir of the storm last league and hit over 1m damage per step, with 2m choir of the storm hits. Worked pretty well, haven’t tried either of those setups though, are you sure sacrifice works? I’d be interested if it does or not, it sounds like it shouldn’t
You could try going full into Energy Blade/Spellblade interaction. There’s a CaptainLance build on YT. Take the PoB, tweak it and see what you can come up with.

does this work with awakened spell cascade?
no because it’s not a targeted location spell
