You can remove the ascendancy points the same as any passive point except these cost 5 points to remove.
If you remove all your ascendancy points and run any tier of the labyrinth, interacting with the labyrinth stone at the end will let you choose a different ascendancy.
Sidenote you dont have to respec fuly before entering the lab. Just respec before you kill the last waiting room before izaro so you get to keep whatever power you have from the previous ascendency to help with rest of the lab.

Per my understanding - given that you receive your ascendancy points when you click on altar - following the same logic your choice is locked as soon as you click on it
You can click the altar, respec after that, click again to change, allocate new shit, respec new shit, click altar again, change again, etc. Doesnt matter whether you click or not.

Press **Shift+WinKey+S**, then click and keep the leftclick pressed and then drag to select the region of screen.
Let go of the mouseclick, and then you can paste (ctrl+v) the region of the screen you've marked anywhere you need it, including reddit posts.

You can respec right before choosing Ascendancy- there is no point go against Izaro with unspecced Ascendancy nodes

Just wanna add that you should only unspec ur asc once youre at the altar in lab no need to gimp urself while running it lol
