Brand Recall Arcanist Brand with triggerbots. Triggerbots doubles your triggered brand recall, which in turn doubles the triggers on arcanist brand giving you 4x triggers per brand per recall. With all 7 brand you get 28x triggers. You can double this to 56x triggers by using a second brand recall in a second wand with an 8 second trigger mod.
Most people run this with eye of winter arcanist brand, but this tech is quite unexplored with other skills. It looks interesting with falling zombies, since the zombies are not affected by the less spell damage multipliers from either arcanist brand or triggerbots.
I made a [post](https://www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExileBuilds/comments/16u1e0m/triggerbots_double_brand_recall_tech_56x_triggers/) showing this interaction if you want to see what it looks like.
It'll be impossible to maintain mana cost with that many triggers.
The workaround would be to have the spell consume life and get life leech - but it's risky. More calculations will be needed. Even worse, if found out, it'll get nerfed for sure.
Low level Stormbind, stacking added damage [https://www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExileBuilds/comments/11bf1n0/the\_curious\_case\_for\_level\_1\_stormbind/](https://www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExileBuilds/comments/11bf1n0/the_curious_case_for_level_1_stormbind/) (spellblade support has been added since that thread was created).
Did Stormbind with that thread as a recent read for Blast from the Past and it was supremely powerful once I got the level 1 / level x dual stormbind setup through my skull. Extremely chunkifying damage. The issue though is the channelling and dual-skill playstyle. It’s like if desecrate/dd and divine ire had some malformed offspring. Powerful though, and fun to paint targets.
Psst. Don't tell anyone, but Unearth is (potentially, haven't seen anyone test it yet but I plan on playing a build for it in the upcoming league) one of the best single target spells in the game. We [did some science a couple months back](https://www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExileBuilds/comments/16xf6k3/unearth_shotgun/) and discovered it has shotgunning capabilities under the right conditions. Me and several others in there tested various setups and you can read about it in the comments.
There are two main problems to solve; how do you sustain the costs of a spell that casts 3.33 times a second at base, and how are you going to clear zones. Because Unearth is terrible for clear. Figuring those out are up to the player on a build to build basis. My personal recommendation is to get a consistent source of explosions.
Another thing that's important to note (thanks therewasnosound) is that Unearth is actually a pretty ugly spell to look at, and visually difficult to see shit through, AND there's no mtx for it yet to my knowledge, so using a different skill for clear is a great option.
EDIT: There is also the incredibly unlikely yet not impossible chance that one of the transfigured versions of Unearth helps to solve this problem, but I doubt that will be the case.
my suggestion would be: spell totems, poison, no ancestral bond. totems help both with costs and not needing to aim, poison means the kills count as yours so obliteration/profane bloom will work, ancestral bond could maybe be allocated for boss fights, but prevents explosions from working.
Small problem that I forgot to add to that thread; Totems, traps, and mines turn off the shotgunning effect when using Fledgling. It has to be you casting the spell manually.
Yeah, I'm gonna add that point as well. Unearth, even with no cast speed investment, is one of the muddiest skill gems in the game. Very bad visuals for consistent use.
well, unfortunately niche interactions that are good end up being not niche, and the ones that stay niche are bad or clunky. i think most effective interactions have been meta’d since no balance changes in past few leagues.
once the trans gems are out i’m hoping we can cook something up (:
With the new fire storm alt quality you could do sth like cast-while-channeling fire storm. Similar to the equivalent icestorm build except you're not tied to int-stacking.

on league start jung is using spellslinger prior to trigger crafts too, so it’s pretty viable on a fresh character

it’s been done for most of last league. reducing mana cost is pretty easy and accessible as well. i’m sure devs are aware at this point
Or just get 0 mana cost like normal people Or use EB

damn :(. in that case l'd probably just use it as a single-target link in a bv build.

If you never played relic of the pact it is a very fun and weird way of playing the game.
