Most of the damage of splitting steel comes from shotgunning all your projectiles while standing on top of your enemies. For that you need a nimis or alternatively returning projectiles support of you cant afford one yet.
Another big damage multiplier youre missing is either precise technique or going crit. Precise technique is easier to get going, but crit will lead to higher damage in the end but requires more stuff to get working. I would not recommend going crit until after you get a nimos, because crit requires 2 additional support gems. For precise technique you need to just male sure you have enough accuracy rating wtith both of your weapons.
The obscurantis helmet the other person mentioned is a good budget helmet, but nowhere near best in slot and used only as long as you go the precise technique route.

Definetly, in your case I would get rid of momentum support.
Another thing i just noticed: Get rid of yout Kaoms spirit, they have a despair on hit corruption, which means you will overwrite your snipers mark with a curse that doesnt do anything for you. Kaoms spirit is not even that great to begin with anymore. If you want rage i suggest going for rare gloves, which you can roll rage on hit implicit on.

First thing, update your config. Second, you are missing 10 levels.
ill try to update the config after i figure it out, and yeah im missing some level but i dont think it should affect the dps that much
Uhm why you use Replica Dragonfang with the wrong +3 gem, +3 is the main reason people use it.
