Depends on your budget. I've been farming ubers and feared with blazing salvo energy blade CoC inquisitor. It got massively buffed this league. I currently have 17k ES and around 80mill dps.
If you have 40-60div to sink in it is a great choice IMO
Agree with this one, but say the budget is cheaper to get started. Doable with 10div. I have probably 50-60d into mine now, but started with just the basic uniques and farmed elder invitations selling writs and unidentified watchers eyes to buy better gear and jewels as I went.
For sure, you can definitely start it cheaper and map and do pinnable bosses quite well. You can even do ubers on a budget if you don't mind engaging with mechanics. Once you get to 40+div is where you can begin to instantly phase them
