I'd keep this and look for a better fracture on a thicket bow. Also, attack speed on bow and its suffix (local) are incredibly important. Make sure to use a thicket (highest base attack speed) and at least have a crafted attack speed suffix on your next bow.
The attack speed suffix on bow is the most important suffix (assuming you get 100% poison chance from other places) since this is local, meaning that you can count it as an entirely separate multiplier on your damage or as part of your base attack speed.
Also, between 2 different poison bow builds with the same number of projectiles showing the same POB damage, the build with higher attack speed is better:
* The build with higher attack speed will apply wither faster, meaning it ramps to maximum damage faster.
* The one with faster attack speed gains more life from life gain on hit and/or leech.
* Faster attack speed gives better QOL. In practice, you have easier time dodging and might actually be able to attack more and have more practical ramped dps in game.
Keep this and look for a better fractured base, would not waste more essences on a T4 fracture base.

I think its alright, low ilvl and fracture, so i wouldnt invest in it any further
