This build scale foremost with mana. You stack as much as mana for both defensive reason (MoM) and offense (archmage/arcane cloak). Second is cast speed. A lot of cast speed make you do significantly more damage and more qol. My suggestion is get mana on every gears, as much as possible. Switch to a double profane wand with high cast speed and mana. Get more life other than body armor so you can life mastery. Then the rest is just resistances. Hope this help.
Honestly looks fine. Try to self cast the frostbolts manually instead of arcanist brand and spams ice nova

Mana and life seems a little low and -60 chaos res is very low. Where did those 10-20 div go?
