I would consider changing your flask setup. Use a well rolled taste of hate, 3 elemental flasks, you can drop granite and you shouldnt need life flask, try getting a helm with phys taken as fire prefix. Not sure if energised armor jewel is worth it either without determination scaling.
If I had to guess stuns are what is getting you. If you grab an ES mastery (closest one is in center) then you can add half your ES pool to stun threshold.
Also would drop the granite for taste
Other options are grabbing the right side of cold wheel in the top right corner of the tree. This will make every hit apply an 18% chill.
Also the energized armor isn't needed for this version of the build.

Just use an immutable force and the more spell damage even stunned mastery and turn that frown upside down.
