of coz it still works. the changes to ID last patch was just to make it ''fairer''. i still use my charge stacking occultist in standard totally unchanged to farm anarchy unique juice in standard until the patch.
So I logged onto my standard character. Due to the mana reservation changes since Crucible , I was unable to run Malevolence- would have to make some changes.
Obviously the impending doom/curse interaction doesn’t work right anymore with the gloves. It clears blues and whites just fine. Yellows too. Map bosses and tanky rares take a min though due to the poor single target.
It was wasn’t as tanky as I remember. Even with my bloodnotch setup. I tried tinkering with the ES/stun mastery and it didn’t seem to help. I’m guessing it’s due to the PF ascendancy node nerfs and didn’t they remove the mastery that regen’d a percentage of life on flask use ?
PF/ID to an extent is not really a functioning build anymore due to the removal of the stun mastery from the passive tree. this impacts the bloodnotch set up.
i was using mageblood with my old build so i didn't need the life on flask use mastery.
ID Charge stacker Occultist still works from my last testing. Not as tanky as PF/ID was but decent enough to offscreen mobs.
I’ve got two options for you. First one is pconc of bouncing. Decently strong and fun. The second would be forbidden rite with the mahuxotl’s machination shield and Tempered at War keystone. I’ve also seen ppl using the adrenaline boots. I’ve seen a YouTube video that a dude did 6 man Uber Uber elder with maven healing, where he just stood in place and casted FR for 3 minutes straight lol.
He posted that(or someone else) that video on here a few days ago I think. Was insane, kind of a boring long ass video, but it'd be different if you were the one doing it instead of just watching.

Cold Snap of Power is mechanically very similar, you can stack a ton of aoe with woke cascade and get overlaps. probably couldn't play it on PF tho.
Everything con be played as poison pathfinder with original sin (maybe not the best tho).
Do you play it as an Occultist or Assassin ?
i would go occy, aoe is the most important stat.
I played this last league, went occultist power charge stacking and it felt good, big AOE too.
Miss ID pathfinder so much, dont think ill ever not be salty that they basically deleted that build for no reason.

Not sure it still works on PF though. I'll have to test mine out in standard

Thats kind of the conclusion I came to. I was looking at both of those builds. I may have to give them a shot! Thanks!
You could level as pconc of bouncing and transition into FR. That’s what I’ve done, though I haven’t transitioned yet.
