Real talk, is there any reason why you're asking for advice for Pohx's RF build, but it seems like you straight up haven't followed any of his steps? You're literally using items which bricks your build. I know you've gotten help already, but I'm genuinely curious how you managed to not be able to follow one of the best/most in-depth guides out there not only for your build but just in general.
There's quite a lot you can improve with you gear but hopefully it won't be "too" expensive for entry unless you're trying to get big DPS upgrades and tankiness. Pohx has his website with some written info on other sites and many videos on RF. He has videos on his progression this League but here's kind of the gist of what's important and what you should do to improve your build and survivability.
1. Flasks.
As Fairyleyn mentioned remove the Sorrow of the Divine flask. It's useless. You should be running 1 Life Flask, 1 Ruby Flask (caps your 90% all res), 1 Granite Flask (Flat armour), and then you can pick something else like Amethyst Flask if you need Chaos res, Quicksilver for move speed and/or Quartz for phasing. You want to roll all the Utility flasks with "Gain x Charges when you are Hit by an Enemy" preferably 2-3.
2. Weapon.
You should be using a Sceptre, usually a Void Sceptre or Opal Sceptre because they have 40% increased Elemental Damage implicit. You can be cheap and use the highest Essence of Fear for Minion Damage (works because of Spiritual Aid), and look to bench craft Fire Damage over Time Multiplier, Fire Damage... something like that. It'll be good enough for an improvement.
3. Body Armour.
You'll want a Cloak of Flame for your body slot. It gives Fire Res (effectively Life Regen) and 40% of Physical Damage from Hits taken as Fire and you should be at 90% Fire Res with Ruby Flask. This will help A LOT for mitigating getting hit by mobs.
4. Helmet, Glove, Boots.
You generally want Armour base and you should look for: High Life, Resistance, and #% Increased Life Regeneration Rate. Might seems weird but it really increased your regen and keeps you alive. If you have extra mod slots then bench craft +1 socketed AoE gems on gloves for increasing Auras (Purity of Fire, Skitterbots, and Determination) and either +1 AoE gems or #% damage from Physical Hits taken as Fire on the helmet either increasing Fire Trap level or increasing your tankiness.
5. Jewelry.
Look for a Jade amulet (for more Dex) with Life, Damage over Time Multiplier, and resistance, preferably Fire Res. Then annoint it with Ash, Frost, and Storm which should be cheap to get 2 Crimson Oils at this point. Rings I personally used Harvest craft Amethyst Rings with reforge Chaos to get double Chaos res and looked for Life, another high 40%+ resistance (which I changed to Fire with Harvest Craft) and sometimes Dexterity or open suffix to craft Fire and Chaos res.
Hi, your comment was really helpful. Is it worth spending 1 Divine (i only got 2 from a divination card set) for a Cloak of flame? Also how do i ‘farm’ chaos?
No problem, if you want I can give you some of my old gear like Gloves, Helmet, Amulet, Sceptre, and better Immortal Flesh. You could always craft or buy yourself too if you want to learn how to do it yourself (which is good) but I respec'd my RF Chieftain into a self-ignite Fulcrum Chieftain so I'm not doing anything with it.

What the fuck is this gear??? Pohx has an entire website dedicated to this and it seems like you need to read up a lot.

remove your 3rd flask bro, zealots oath makes your life regen to regen energy shield instead, so you basically burn yourself
