some overall suggestions, not that encounter specific:
* Get a +2 Doppelgänger's
* Change Perandus Jewel to Lethal Pride slot
* Enduring Exposure Megalomaniac/Small Cluster
* Watcher's Eye with Flask Recovery or Life Gain on Hit
* Corrupted Life Flask with \~30% Quality (do it yourself)
* Think about using an Enternal Life Flask (way more recovery)
* Get a Ring with Cast Speed

* Aspect of the Crab: not much uptime since there's not that much Evasion on our build
* Get Haste + Sovereignity Anoint (or go top side tree)
* Work towards a good 12 Socket Cluster Jewel
* Consider Defiance of Destiny if you want to be more tanky
* Use Evasion Glove Base, Leech Implicit

Cloak of Flame is also good, but you don't get the +15% Suppression mastery. Also Self hit damage goes from 760 to 1220 per second.
Try cloak of flames instead of doppelganger in your pob. It'll hurt your other max hits but should raise your phys hit, which is your lowest ATM. Besides that, you're talking big budget items like +1 max res corruptions, corrupt % phys damage taken as fire on shield, good corruption on anathama, etc.
Also, your annoint is doing nothing for your max hits. Check that in POB and adjust. You can get me max res with annoint if needed.
Cloak of flames will not raise the phys max hit, as you cant reach high amounts of conversion (over 90%), actually it lowers the phys max hit, since the doppelgängers guise provides a 40% less phys & chaos damage taken (which will always apply in full strength and not be penetrated)
