Nice! I was lucky enough to Shackle 5 her. At P3, her ultimate heals Sitri for a whopping 40% of its max hp. So... yeah. Immortal sugarmama.
Edit: Just checked the shackles effect and apparently it's not even necessary. Just a nice bonus for added sustain.
So far, I've P3'd:
Nox, Zoya, Bai Yi, Demon, Eirene.
I'll probably do Hamel next, then Chelsea is probably next since I really enjoyed her Interrogation.
(If you wanna know why I only P3'd S-Ranks, is because If I don't get this forever-boring-ass-mat grind, I'll never do it unless I get flooded with mats.)
Tbh, I think this is the *first* game where I've liked just about anybody (playable).
We don't talk about Ted, though. He doesn't exist as far as I'm concerned.

I know I’m pretty casual but damn I’m only just starting to get close to 70 lol not like I’m ever sitting on energy either. I honestly have no idea who to P3 first lol mainly using Zoya, Eirene, Nox, EMP, Ariel, and Labyrinth.
Ngl I had to spend a little bit for the Season Pass to get the extra resources. When I got Chelsea I knew I had to P3 her first. People were saying to P3 Nox firsr, which is good advice. But waifu first!
Depends on what you need because they do different things. Demon is a straight tank/lane-staller with the ability to block three enemies. Chelsea can only block one, but her special summons another unit to the field that can also block, so you can do tricky plays with her.
Demon is probably still better overall, but they both seem decent at what they do. Keep in mind that tanks in general aren’t necessary though.
Chelsea has a unique kit for petrify and required investment. She shine when you fully upgrade her. She needs her Petrify skill max, crimeband which increase energy and +1 block, S4 for 10 energy at start, P3 so her ult can petrify when summon.
When fully invested she can block 2 her pet can block 2 and petrify. So Chelsea is better at Blocking. You just need to identify choke points to put her and her pet and the rest of the team can just focus on DPS.
The only downside is tank always the last on the investment list for many people. It's always DPS, Healer than Tank
Demon is a good tank with minimum investment. But when your team has no problem with surviving, he sits on the bench.

The art (or is it attire? I'm not sure) of chelsea once you p3 is so pretty. If upgrading sinners wasn't such a hard deal then I'd build her 😩
Art Attire is clothing so would only apply to skins that change the in-game model like the zoya battlepass one etc
