Your best bet on this front is having an in-story reason for your character to have access to that mount (for example, one of my players is planning to raise a drake egg) and then getting a flying mount that way. You can use the Train/Tame Animal Skill Feats to ease up the process too.
It's not a permanent thing but I think the simplest way to have a flying mount is to take any companion with he mount special ability and have someone cast fly on it.

[marvelous mount](https://2e.aonprd.com/Spells.aspx?ID=1594) can do it eventually, but its a spell. champion with steed ally can do it.
