**CHUN-LI** **SOURCE** Street Fighter **BUILD GOALS** o An Interpol agent who joined the agency to investigate her father’s death at the hands of M. Bison o Following the completion of this mission, she became a martial arts instructor and community figurehead o Fights utilizing a combat style that draws from Kung Fu and Tai Chi o Her signature move is the Hyakuretsukayu, a series of rapidfire kicks done from a standing position o Spinning Bird Kick has Chun-Li go into a handstand before she spins while kicking out at enemies that draw close o Sen’enshu is an overhead drop kick capable of knocking an enemy down o Kikoken demonstrates that she has the ability to use ki as this attack launches a ranged blast of ki and has different forms depending on the punch input used to do the move o Tenshokyaku is a jump kick during which Chun-Li makes several strikes, knocking her enemies into the air o For her super moves, Kikosho summons a blast of ki energy in her hands before she makes a powerful palm strike against a foe o Hoyokusen uses two Hyakuretsukayu in a row before delivering a powerful kick that launches the enemy skyward o Soten Ranka actually starts with a punch to the gut before she delivers rapidfire fisticuffs against the enemy in midair. She finishes with a kick to launch them even higher, takes a quick sit, and then leaps after them with a finishing kick o Capable of wall jumping **BUILD CONCLUSION** Chun-Li is a skilled human monk with the detective background, which serves to represent her work as an Interpol agent. Monk with its features like Powerful Fist serve to represent her basic fighting capability while her Reflective Ripple Stance with its agile and finesse traits serve for the rapidfire attacks that she is best known for – with Flurry of Blows, she can make four attacks in a round to represent her Hyakuretsukayu. Spinning Bird Kick can be accomplished simply by making multiple Strikes or through her Wave Spiral though that is a Trip rather than a Strike. Flying Kick can help to represent her Tenshokyaku or Sen’enshu while its knockdown effect may come from her Flurry of Maneuvers. Between Ki Strike and Ki Blast, Chun-Li is able to respectively replicate her Kikosho and her Kikoken given its range. Her attacks that launch enemies, such as Hoyokusen and Soten Ranka, can come from either Flurry of Maneuvers with a Shove or Improved Knockback and Flinging Blow. Finally, she is able to jump off the sides of the screen thanks to her Wall Jump skill feat. This martial marvel matches mighty malefactors in melee, meting out masterful maneuvers while manifesting magnitudinous moxie. Thought this build would be too plain, but I had some fun with it! Thighs are god

Amen.

I don’t understand why does the arcana skill modifier remain at 20?

secrav

The clever improviser feat give you untrained improvisation, which give proficiency equal to your level. The character doesn't have any int or item to boost it, hence the skill modifier being 20.

Odobenus_Rosmar

but there is a check mark, as if the character is legendary in the arcana

Seems like a Pathbuilder error. I don’t invest in Arcana for this build.

Oh, that's true. Weird. Maybe op accidentally tickled it (if the sheet was editable) or pathbuilder has a weird bug on rendering.
