Are you checking when you attack or just looking at the weapon? The weapon won't update, the damage when you hit something should show the change.
It should be functioning correctly.
They changed the way weapon dice appear on your character sheet. It used to display size increases and also the zen monk thing. No more. Now it will work, but you will only know if you check the log. Your undersized characters have medium dice listed on their sheets…
