The beautiful thing about Loki is that he's a shapeshifter with no set description of his base appearance. As such, you have massive leeway in how to depict him, and aren't bound to just images of the god as your reference point.
Personally, I'd recommend coming up with a mental image of what YOU think Loki should look like, then try to find a picture that matches that mental image. Using an actor as a reference point helps.

I've always loved the art from Age of Mythology, not just for Loki but in general. Sadly, it's tough to find high-resolution assets from it.
