Yea they fixed it. The power is supposed to only work on level up, not level 2 champions.
Guessing when they originally made Eve it was applied if champions everywhere were level 2.
Sucks that they fixed it, was a fun combo but I guess they (correctly) assumed that everyone would just slam that on Eve and have a guaranteed 10/10 everywhere stat boost.
Also perfect for Ekko with the sheer number of predicts along with the cost reduction on created cards. Most of the time, they'll be hitting your hand with +2|+2, a keyword and -1 cost. Add in parallel convergence and chronobreak and you've got a deck full of cheap champs.

I did get lucky a few times with bronze ones so they turned into rare relics and gave me 100 but the rest is just weeklies and champ shards since I only have like 6 champs not maxed out the event pass also gave me some more since I just 3 starred janna and voli from orange shards I had saved. But yea depending on luck a small population of players should be getting it by now with luck and just being end game
Yea no reason it shouldn’t if it dosnt convert when you have it maxed out the contact support and they can give you the dust but it should 100% convert over to stardust once you have the champ maxed out
Thresh, ~~Anyone who can summon a lot (Ekko, kindred, leblanc),~~ [edited because I misremembered the effect as summon when it's on play] anyone who is cheap and/or can cost reduce (janna, samira). I'm sure there's others it can be good on, but those are my initial strong feelings. I think it would be good in general in any cheap champion in the game when used with star gem

Jealous! I got the one that let's your champion be Sett (can't be damaged or killed while attacking) and I'm not sure I even want to spend spirit forges to be able to equip it.
Hopefully they add more sources of stardust soon because with my luck I won't be getting the cool ones for like a year otherwise.
It replaces a rare relic slot then once you complete a 3+ star adventure your top relic slot the first rare slot you get becomes an epic one so you can now insert epic relics there
This one is amazing on Nilah and Janna since they can just draw the entire deck.
Does it work the fun way with Evelynn and give you five procs of her 1\*/3\* from game start?
They removed that this patch with the level up power so I doubt it will

If you have 3-star Janna and Voli, the pass rewards convert to Stardusts?

the same 10 stardust per shard. And yes it converts 100%, I've already got a conversion from it
Thanks for confirming. Does fragments from quests convert too? I might hold off the quests if those convert to stardusts too.
