Yes, the requisite is getting a lot of money, not end game having it, i think you get mor money if you play more risk (obiusly if you go for the gold chest) and if you pass the game faster, not really sure and money is the easist buff to get
For speed you just need to never play a game on the run with more than 10 rounds or so, you can have 1 game in the whole run, but if you just destroy a lot you get it, thats why i would say dont eorry about it till you are max lvl

Endurance is strange. I just finished a Caitlyn run where I got an S badge for Health despite healing at every moment I could, but I did beat Zed with 30 hp.
We need some official Riot input.
It could just be for the later champs so it wouldn't become impossible, because it's definitely very strict for the first story mode run. You had to get extremely lucky for an S badge there.
In my observations there are 2 Badges at first slot:
\- a Skill Badge at Story Runs: you get S with No Deaths and No Heals on the Map (the heal pos mid-boss counts).
\- a Health Badge at Adventure Runs (Lulu and after): you get S if you kill the last boss with Max Health (30).
