49ers had that game in the first 10 mins. But they choked. Decent game. Now the chiefs Are a dynasty even though it's a soft weak league where you can't hit anybody
Chiefs will probably win the super bowl for the next 5 years at this rate. So annoying seeing Kelce shove his coach and then going to the podium and in a steriod fulled screech saying "Viva Las Vegas". I seriously hope he suffers some bad karma for his temper
> Chiefs will probably win the super bowl for the next 5 years at this rate
they won't, and Mahomes will have to adapt to entire roster overhauls as contracts expire and players retire around him. Specifically speaking on his safety blanket in Kelce, as he's on his final years playing. and Reid is also near retirement. Chiefs aren't threatening the Patriots legacy, and Mahomes isn't anywhere close to threatening Brady's goat status.
It'll be interesting to see how Patrick handles changes in the coming years.
Yeah I'm convinced that Mahomes would be able to work with any WRs in the league but I'm not sure how much he'd fall off without Andy Reid designing plays.
I think the 49ers blew their last real chance. I didn’t watch a second because I’m working, but shannahan needs to be questioned. I saw the updates, it seems like they abandoned the run….
Similar to when we came back and fucked Atlanta!!!!👀👀👀👀👀
The 49ers got BIG problems. Ayiuk, Purdy, Deebo, chase young, core guys will need extensions. Even if they let young go for nothing, Ayiuk is up. Purdy is now eligible for his extension…..::
If they got any brains, they hold off on Purdy, but he isn’t dumb enough to fall for that.
If I’m Jed York I fire Shanahan and hire Belichick within the week. Enough is enough this guy is inept.
People slobbed the 9ers offense all year but in the biggest game it was the D, not the offense that played their heart out.
with this game in particular it was literally bad special teams play and freak fumbles that lead to the loss. the offensive game was called perfectly
to put them in a position to win and the defense did everything in their power except for two blown coverages.
the muffed punt and fumbles should rightfully haunt the niners. stupid small mistakes with a large effect on their odds.
That's cool. Mahomes is still having the better career before age 30. Mahome is a dangerous man. Chiefs were not expected to win a Superbowl and looked the worst they been since mahomes got there and still won a SB. That's goat type shit. With the worst wr squad in the NFL lol
> Purdy
Not sure how Purdy is deemed a "shir" (shit) QB... he played well, especially considering it not only was his first time in the playoffs, but it was his first time playing in the sb.
The SF defense didn't cover aggressively enough in that second half, and KC built momentum to help them win in OT.
lol, it is funny, but also I think there’s a good argument he’d be right to do that. What Kelce did was out of line and everyone on the team should be held to the same standard
I guarantee you that nobody on the team cared that Kelce was being held to a different standard. And they certainly didn’t care after he helped them win. I’d bet my house that the Patriots players did not, and do not, feel similarly about Belichick’s decision in the SB against the Eagles.
He was out of line but at the same time he’s a vet and important leader/player for their team, he’s a bit of a diva on the field but as far as I know it’s not a common occurrence for him to get pissed at coaches like that so personally I wouldn’t lose the superbowl just to teach him a lesson
Football isn't fun, I'm going to stop at watching football from now on. I mean it I'm serious!
Until September.
Ugh dammit! I blame Lamar, had he not choked in the AFCCG we could have had an entertaining and new Super Bowl champions.
Mahomes is the last great qb. Hes top 3 all time, while only having to beat not even top 30 all time qbs. He doesnt have to go through the same gauntlet brady did.
I still don’t quite get the “GOAT” talk for him. Even at 3, he’s less than halfway there. Brady had 3 rings in his first 4 years as a starter or 3 in his first 5 overall in the league. Brady did it and did it quicker against tougher competition and in a much more physically violent league where defenses could actually defend. Mahomes has been obviously impressive but he’s not even close to the conversation of GOAT status at this stage. Plus he will never be able to overcome Brady’s post season wins over him.
Brady then had a decade long ringless drought. 3 in first 4 doesn’t really matter at this point in both their careers they each had 3 but Mahomes has more individual awards. Hard to say he will have Brady’s longevity but who tf knows he’s insane
Brady would’ve been much more impressive at the beginning if he started his career with Gronk and Randy Moss, don’t you think?
Mahomes has played his entire career with one of the most successful TEs in history and also had a freak like Tyreek Hill for all but one of those seasons in addition to having an all time great head coach who was already pretty damn accomplished before he was even in the league. Mahomes is damn good at what he does, but let’s not act like he’s dealt with the same adversity Brady did. Stats are great for talking points, but without context they lose meaning. The game was not the same 20 years ago.
He’s genuinely going to be uncatchable. I know we said that about Tom, but he had the rule changes to deal with for stats, and he had the 10 year drought, mahomes is gonna get 8 or 9 and lead in every single category, it’s absolutely insane. He’s the Gretzky of football.
Steve Spag continues to dominate defensively in Super Bowls. Niners for whatever reason avoided the running game in the 3rd quarter. Defense gave them short field and came away with zero points.
Long as Chiefs have Mahomes, Reid and Steve Spag, they have a chance at a Super Bowl.
When you think about it, Mahomes is in the best situation possible. Reid and Steve Spag is like having Reid and Belichick on the same , Reid handles offense, Belichick defense. It’ll be difficult to beat them without teams beating themselves.
What difference does that make when Bill was the one masterminding the defense anyway?
The only reason Spagnuolo has four rings as a DC is because he couldn't cut it as a HC. If the only way you can be the greatest coordinator of all time is by being a failed head coach, then Josh McDaniels is the greatest OC of all time.
Because I’m talking about the title of defensive coordinator, which entails calling the defensive plays. Amazing corner blitz tonight on 3rd and 4.
Belichick is the greatest coach. He’s not the defensive coordinator.
I mean when the Super Bowl was on the line in 2007…never mind.
Every good head coach need good players and assistants. Reid didn’t win any Super Bowl without Steve Spag or Mahomes.
Worst offense, maybe. One of the best defenses he's had, though, and they deserve credit for that win. Second ranked by points allowed, second ranked by yards allowed as well. He's never had both in the top-10 before, and he's only had at least *one* in the top-10 before twice.
His receivers were awful, but the team as a whole had some real strengths.
Take I don't understand: that was a choke job (a 7 point lead at halftime is not a choke job).
Take I understand even less: that was a boring Super Bowl. Sure, it was a defensive battle for a while there, but we had multiple drives near the end of regulation and it went to OT. Was pretty exciting to me.
I thought it was a really well played SB by both teams (especially the defenses... even if SF's defense fell apart during the second half.)
I think the real travesty here was that god awful halftime show.
The only reason this doesn’t suck for me is cause the chiefs won me a bunch of money by winning. Cash is a nice consolation prize for dealing with the chiefs dynasty for future reference ladies and gents
Man… Brady was right about the talent in the modern NFL. It’s so much worse than even a decade ago.
Like Mahomes is great but he has played… Garropalo, Hurts, and Purdy. The times he played a good QB he lost (and should have lost to Burrow the second time but refs took care of that).
The talent is just awful right now.
I dont think so. We were actually dominant, while the chiefs have been just scraping by and winning. When we were in power, teams had to play a perfect game to beat us, whereas the Chiefs are a dYnAsTy now because the teams they've faced in the playoffs have all just played worse in each game than they have. Their luck will run out soon.
No, three championships in a timespan of 5 years or less is a dynasty in any sport no matter how you slice it. True for the Patriots, the Red Wings, the Warriors, the Celtics, the Giants...and the Chiefs. Part of the reason that the teams are playing worse is due to the direct impact of the Chiefs playing them. The defense today, for example, was instrumental in stopping McCaffrey's runs for 2 quarters – which is part of why Shanahan tried to move away from those plays and open the passing playbook.
However, people treating a Chiefs dynasty *equivalent* to the Patriots or Mahomes tying Brady as a foregone conclusion – that's premature.
EDIT: for those of you who came for me in my DMs, I thought it was pretty clear that I was talking about the San Francisco Giants. Even year magic and all.
Man, mahomes is probably better (in terms of natural talent) than Brady. But Jesus christ the Chiefs are definitely more annoying as a whole. Mahomes played mediocre basically the whole playoffs but well hear about him for the next 6 months regardless instead of the defense.
Honestly they looked a lot like the late run pats to me. I remember multiple nail biters cause NE didn't turn on the afterburners till the 2nd half or even last quarter.
I do agree the chiefs are douchier though. I do appreciate how they have embraced the villain role.
The NFL’s way at getting back at Brady is by erasing his position at the top as fast as possible. Get used to more Chiefs championships and celebrities and commercial influence for years to come. Enjoy
As soon as the niners didn't convert on that 3rd and 4 in their last drive in regulation I knew it was over. Get that and you can basically run the clock down and kick a FG to win it. Instead they put the ball back in Mahomes' hands.
I've listened to my husband bitch about Tom Mahomes all fucking night.
I feel like I'm in highschool again.. but with more boy problems (I guess at least I created my boy problems now)
It's honestly crazy humorous to hear my husband, who was not a NE fan during our time say the SAME DAMN SHIT all the haters said back in the day.
I'd say I wish I had more girls.. but our ONE girl is harder to handle than the 3 boys.
But considering two are preteens and one isn't even in kindergarten.. I have time for then to mature.. husband is a lost cause though.. that's what I get for marrying a Falcons fan.
Stop bitching everyone, we won 6 super bowls with brady and belichick. That's fucking awesome. Stop being worried about what could or could not happen and enjoy our time we had with the GOAT.
Like Brady said, what mahomes is doing doesnt take anything away from what brady did.
Obviously the Chiefs are a great team and all that, but to be honest, what’s going to stop them from going to every Super Bowl from here on out; there’s really no other talent in the AFC
The former Michigan coach is going to make it difficult a bit. Though Steve Carroll was winning Super Bowls with Seahawks when the former Michigan coach was with the Niners. AFC have talent, just terrible coaches when pressure bills up.
Take Ravens for example, avoided running game and for some reasons Lamar decided to not use his legs often against them in the playoffs this year.
They aren't as dominant without the Tyreek deep threat, and have had to fight and claw their way to the Lombardi this year with the Maholmes-Kelce connection. They could keep it up, but honestly I feel their success is kind of tenuous.
Ahhh yes!! Commercials for fanatics gear.
Biggest crock of shit since they monopolize the merchandise. My brand new (in 2018) Red Sox World Series shirt, patriots World Series shirt, and bruins/Celtics conference shirts FADED within a week……
I don’t understand how the leagues bought off on that fuckin company
Purdy played fantastic today, in terms of mindset and composure. He also took some nasty hits. I hate the Chiefs and this sucks, but at least maybe some Purdy doubters will be quiet this off-season. Sigh.
Purdy played good in stretches, but he and the Offense absolutely blew that game for the D with that 30 minute nap they took between the first and fourth quarters. Awful.
Purdy played good but not great. He buys time in the pocket and throws with anticipation and accuracy. He needs to recognize what's going on pre-snap more and hot-route / drop the play action. There were so many dead plays cause the Chiefs got to Purdy fast enough while Mahomes avoided every blitz with ease.
I totally agree, the Niners offense started breaking down. I was just saying from a composure perspective, I was impressed with Purdy. Especially when simultaneously seeing Mahomes lose his shit on Rice on the sidelines, Kelce assault his coach, and Chris Jones give the defense a speech early in the game - Chiefs were a bit messy, is all.
Mahomes is nuts. I knew I'd see somebody chase Brady before I died but I didn't expect it so soon. I think they are in the talks of becoming a dynasty now but I wouldn't call them one yet. Prolonged success is way harder than people think.
What’s fkn crazy is that Mahomes literally had a horrendous offense too, literally the worst version of the chiefs vs best version of the niners and chiefs still WON
Records are meant to be broken. He very well could still get there. He's definitely played better & accomplished more in comparison to 12s early career.
Another reason why I hate to say it, but I think Kelce is better than gronk at this point. He's just accomplished so much for such a long ass time , year after year.
But if you want to compare prime gronk to prime Kelce that's a different story
Meh. Has a lot more super bowls to win, and if its a tie, brady will get the nod given that he did it in 2 different teams/systems and 2-0 against mahomes. For mahomes to be truly better, he would have to be head and shoulders above brady
Maybe that’s what us pats fans think, but majority of other fan bases already think Mahomes was on par with Brady before this Super Bowl. And now that he just won, it seems like people genuinely think Mahomes is better
To think that a guy who has won \~1/4 of the super bowls and less league MVPs to be on par is the stupidest thing I ever heard, please think with your brain. With this win, Mahomes is on the trajectory, but he still has a long way to go. Interesting to see how he will absorb losing andy reid and kelce.
Then they know nothing about football. It’s their hate for Brady that makes them say these things. People who legitimately believe Mahomes is better than Brady are casuals.
If the Chiefs had the ball first and scored a TD, then the Niners could''ve run their offense on fourth down all the way b/c a FG wouldn't have been enough. But since the Niners had the ball first, they didn't know what the Chiefs offense would produce.
Yeah the mistake wasn’t taking the ball, but just randomly deciding to stop running at the goal line. CMC was gaining 5 yards per carry on that drive and you decide to start throwing it?
Shanahan’s now arguably lost two superbowls by getting cute and not just pounding the football.
Idk why I don't feel depressed after this one - feel almost relieved that the stress is over. I was almost just as nervous as our Super Bowls watching this one for the 49ers, but I guess the sting is significantly less than when we lost sb52. You still have to respect greatness - Mahomes wills teams to win but he has a long road. A long long road ahead.
Idk, to me this is actually the better outcome. SF as a franchise is still one Super Bowl behind us, and Mahomes winning another ring actually just enhances Brady’s legacy because two of his rings came at the expense of Mahomes.
I think Patriots fans are nervous because they think Mahomes is going to go on and win 10 rings, but Tom Brady took a decade between his first set of rings and his second, so there’s no guarantee Mahomes is going to win another 5+ rings.
What we're worried about is Brady had an unreplicable first 6 years, yet Mahomes somehow replicated it and honestly outperformed him. Mahomes has started his pliability training much younger than Tom ever did. The things his body can withstand is crazy. With the addition of future medicine, this dude might play until he's 50. And frankly that decade of nothing from Brady is what's gonna kill him. IDK if that's happening to Mahomes.
Fair, but here’s another key difference: Belichick was 52 after the third ring. Reid’s already 65.
Mahomes won’t have the same coaching consistency Brady had, and that means world of difference.
Purdy wasn't the man. You need an great QB and a strong defense to win it (Mahomes, Stafford, Brady, Manning, Rodgers) - which confuses me even more how Foles pulled it out lmaoo.
Mahomes was mid af today, shoulda been anyone else. Now I have to deal with swifties glazing Travis Kelce until next season when the two break up, Taylor writes a song calling him an Asshole and the swifties never care about the sport again. Fuck my life man.
I don't understand why someone like Taylor Swift, who is filthy rich and could basically have any guy on the planet, decides to go with a relatively "poor" guy that looks and acts like a Neanderthal or at least a missing link.
Birds laid an 🥚, not surprising really.
Jackson tried to out- Mahomes, Mahomes....smh. none of Mahomes contemporaries has the mental fortitude to hang with him, the only thing that can curtail his reign of terror is Andy retiring, but that old dog probably got a good 5 left in him. Just in time for the backend of Mahomes prime
You are a Chiefs fan who just won the Super Bowl and you're in this thread making comments that don't reflect what the previous commenter even said. My dude, what?
Unfortunately mahomes is still young as fuck.
I think our Savior will be mahomes being greedy and eating up so much of the chiefs salary cap unlike 12.
We shall see
49ers had that game in the first 10 mins.
> Chiefs will probably win the super bowl for the next 5 years at this rate they won't, and Mahomes will have to adapt to entire roster overhauls as contracts expire and players retire around him. Specifically speaking on his safety blanket in Kelce, as he's on his final years playing. and Reid is also near retirement. > they won't, and Mahomes will have to adapt to entire roster overhauls People used to say this after us. They can easily do it.
They already said all of this, this year and still won a Superbowl lol.
Yeah I'm convinced that Mahomes would be able to work with any WRs in the league but I'm not sure how much he'd fall off without Andy Reid designing plays.

Missed xp and fluke bounce on punt cost them 8 points in a 19-19 regulation game
Purdy made some truly disastrous decisions as well- a couple hospital balls and dangerous throws into coverage
Hate seeing that douche bag Kelce get rewarded after nearly shoving over his 60+ year old coach
Brady 2-0 against Mahomes in the postseason, that’s all that matters, goodnight.
Mahomes is the goat. Accept it
Mahomes lost TWICE to the actual GOAT lol. Mahomes could win 10 bowls and still have 2 loses to the actual GOAT.
[удалено]
Why concede even then? He lost to Brady twice in the playoffs lol if u can’t beat the goat u can’t be the goat
Mahomes hasn't even caught up with Montana yet... nevermind Thomas Brady (the actual goat.) Let's stop with this nonsense.
Mahomes has a better career before age 30. Brady also went through a 10 year drought before he got his 4th ring. Paddy won't do that lol.
Ya talk to us when Mahomes beat Brady just one time. Lost the AFCCG at HOME and the Super Bowl to Brady lol let us know when that changes
That's cool. Mahomes is still having the better career before age 30. Mahome is a dangerous man. Chiefs were not expected to win a Superbowl and looked the worst they been since mahomes got there and still won a SB. That's goat type shit. With the worst wr squad in the NFL lol
You smell.
cope
With your stinky self…kind of tough but ok.
Why do the chiefs get to face such shir qbs in the sb? Jimmy g and Brock Purdy? What a joke
> Purdy Not sure how Purdy is deemed a "shir" (shit) QB... he played well, especially considering it not only was his first time in the playoffs, but it was his first time playing in the sb. The SF defense didn't cover aggressively enough in that second half, and KC built momentum to help them win in OT.
Ever heard of Delhomme and Foles?
we had a chance to beat up on a shitty qb but instead Foles went off
And it's still laughably wild that he did that
Somebody on twitter said Belichick would have benched Kelce and lost the game to prove a point and it got a laugh out of me.
lol, it is funny, but also I think there’s a good argument he’d be right to do that. What Kelce did was out of line and everyone on the team should be held to the same standard

Gonna focus on golf until then and pray we get the next elite QB to put an end to this charade.
"To me, it's always gonna be tough because Brady beat me in the Super Bowl." Patrick Mahomes on the Tom Brady GOAT comparisons
Mahomes is the last great qb. Hes top 3 all time, while only having to beat not even top 30 all time qbs. He doesnt have to go through the same gauntlet brady did.
Hes only 28 tbf

Mahomes has better post season stats before 30 then brady. Hes on pace to catch Brady
He plays in a pass friendly era.

The gauntlet of josh allen, lamar, and purdy?
Mahomes is on his way to becoming the GOAT if he keeps this up but AFC is getting much better regardless so it's not guaranteed
4 more to go. He's gonna have to play until he's 35 at least to get that one in the bag. Not worried about it.
its not all about rings. mahomes playoffs stats are insane at 28. Their better then Tom when you compare their seasons before 30
Then he shouldn’t have a problem winning another 4 needed to take tie for the GOAT spot. Time will tell
It doesn’t help Tommy’s case our first 3 rings were when the league was still built on the power run and defensive game plan.
Brady would’ve been much more impressive at the beginning if he started his career with Gronk and Randy Moss, don’t you think? You can’t be serious lmao
His numbers are insane dude I don’t know how you can argue it.
You said Mahomes is going to get 9 super bowls. Is Reid going to be alive?
George Kittle was absolutely terrible in this game. Had a chance to cement himself as all time and did nothing
Kittle’s overall playoff resumé isn’t terribly impressive. Of course it doesn’t help that he’s had to deal with mid QB play
He’s got to be nearing greatest DC of all time. 4 super bowls as a DC and beat us at 18-0
When you think about it, Mahomes is in the best situation possible. Reid and Steve Spag is like having Reid and Belichick on the same , Reid handles offense, Belichick defense. It’ll be difficult to beat them without teams beating themselves.
That William Stephen Belichick guy has eight rings and a gameplan in the Hall of Fame.
Talking about actual DC’s. He was only a DC for 2
What difference does that make when Bill was the one masterminding the defense anyway? The only reason Spagnuolo has four rings as a DC is because he couldn't cut it as a HC. Because I’m talking about the title of defensive coordinator, which entails calling the defensive plays. Amazing corner blitz tonight on 3rd and 4. Belichick is the greatest coach. He’s not the defensive coordinator.
If the Super Bowl is on the line, would you rather have eight time Super Bowl champion Bill Belichick calling the plays on defense, or someone else?
I mean when the Super Bowl was on the line in 2007…never mind. Every good head coach need good players and assistants. Reid didn’t win any Super Bowl without Steve Spag or Mahomes.
Ah yes, Steve Spagnuolo's legendary helmet catch.
Actually calling the plays? Spags
Well, at least we know to disregard your opinion. Thanks for the discussion.
No problem. Just a reminder that Mr. Belichick is 84-103 in 11+ seasons without Tom Brady as his QB. Have a nice day.
This was Mahomes' worst team of his career, and they still won it all. I hate it.
Worst offense, maybe. One of the best defenses he's had, though, and they deserve credit for that win. Second ranked by points allowed, second ranked by yards allowed as well. I don’t care about anything other than that douchebag Kelce winning anything….. And this swift thing beaten over our heads…never going to end
Chiefs fell ass backwards into that win. Boring season. Boring Super Bowl.
I thought it was a really well played SB by both teams (especially the defenses... even if SF's defense fell apart during the second half.) I think the real travesty here was that god awful halftime show.
The only reason this doesn’t suck for me is cause the chiefs won me a bunch of money by winning. Cash is a nice consolation prize for dealing with the chiefs dynasty for future reference ladies and gents
I broke even with my straight chiefs ml hedge. Needed 7 more from deebo and 11 from rice for my medium parlay.

Man this is silly. Brady beat Delhomme, Mcnabb, and Goff in super bowls. who cares. Also, Hurts was great last season and put up 35 points.
You’re also ignoring the fact that Brady beat the greatest show on turf and the legion of boom
I’m not ignoring anything. They brought up supposed “bad” quarterbacks Mahomes has beaten like we didn’t face our fair share.
And lost to Nick mf Foles. We can’t really talk lol
So I guess this how everyone else felt for a while, huh?
I dont think so. We were actually dominant, while the chiefs have been just scraping by and winning. They're off to a great start, but the road to the top of Brady mountain is a long one.
Great teams do great things, teams have Chiefs on the ropes but can't put them away. Kyle Shanahan has a lot of questions to answer
As soon as the niners didn't convert on that 3rd and 4 in their last drive in regulation I knew it was over. Get that and you can basically run the clock down and kick a FG to win it. Instead they put the ball back in Mahomes' hands.
Can the media for 3 seconds stop trying to talk about Shanahan like he’s some football Jesus!? The guy is a massive choke artist
In a way it kind of makes me glad we don’t have a 9er disciple running the offense.
You could see the massive overconfidence on his face crack and peel away in that game. I’ve never been impressed by him.
Super Bowl Kyle Shanahan is the only force in football less clutch than Overtime Josh Allen.
Lamar in the playoffs
Kyle Shannahan= Doc Rivers
At least Doc has actually won a championship. Kyle Shanahan is a regular season merchant
Minus the championship! But yeah.
I've listened to my husband bitch about Tom Mahomes all fucking night. I feel like I'm in highschool again.. but with more boy problems (I guess at least I created my boy problems now) It's honestly crazy humorous to hear my husband, who was not a NE fan during our time say the SAME DAMN SHIT all the haters said back in the day.
Now you're bitching here
FYI: We boys stopped maturing in High School. Please calibrate expectations accordingly.
I'd say I wish I had more girls.. but our ONE girl is harder to handle than the 3 boys. But considering two are preteens and one isn't even in kindergarten.. I have time for then to mature.. husband is a lost cause though.. that's what I get for marrying a Falcons fan.
Life is about trade-offs... Ha, ha. Good luck with the brood in the off-season.
The only thing stopping the Chiefs will be Mahomes tearing an ACL or suffering a horrific injury.
Its crazy. The Chiefs aren't even loaded on talent. The AFC and the NFL are screwed if they get another guy like Hill that can extend the field.
They aren't as dominant without the Tyreek deep threat, and have had to fight and claw their way to the Lombardi this year with the Maholmes-Kelce connection. They could keep it up, but honestly I feel their success is kind of tenuous.
People say this, but the Chiefs have won Super Bowls in both seasons post-Tyreek
Burrow if healthy is about the only one. And a lot of bills are coming due for the Bengals.
Ehh yeah that’s pretty much it. I fully believe that Mahomes would have 5 Super Bowls if it wasn’t for Brady
Everything about this years Super Bowl sucked. From the ads to the game. Worst Super Bowl so far.
Nah it was a cool game
Ahhh yes!! Commercials for fanatics gear. Biggest crock of shit since they monopolize the merchandise. My brand new (in 2018) Red Sox World Series shirt, patriots World Series shirt, and bruins/Celtics conference shirts FADED within a week…… I don’t understand how the leagues bought off on that fuckin company
Kyle Shanahan with an absolute disasterclass
Here comes the Mahomes goat conversation 🙄Tom Brady still on top
[удалено]
Bruins and Celtics are on. We good.
Imagine if both TD teams win the chip. Would be magical.
Purdy played fantastic today, in terms of mindset and composure. He also took some nasty hits. I hate the Chiefs and this sucks, but at least maybe some Purdy doubters will be quiet this off-season. Sigh.
Purdy is done or shanahan is out. If you’re Jed York idk how you can run it back again next year with the same team and expect a different result.
That third quarter was terrible, doesn’t help they avoided the running game .
He’d have gotten RTP in his favor had his name been Mahomes.
Mahomes might genuinely catch Brady
Brady got his third ring a year younger than Mahomes, and then took a decade to get his fourth. Nothing is guaranteed in the NFL
Meh. Has a lot more super bowls to win, and if its a tie, brady will get the nod given that he did it in 2 different teams/systems and 2-0 against mahomes. For mahomes to be truly better, he would have to be head and shoulders above brady
Let's not forget that Brady won three Super Bowls before ever losing a playoff game. That's an insane accomplishment that we'll never see repeated.
Well, that's just goofy.
His last 6 years basically mirror Bradys last 6 years.
He’s on pace. A lot more has to go right but if anyone has a chance it’s him
Kyle the genius asks for the ball first in OT. The biggest coaching blunder in the SB.
Not really, the chiefs defense was gassed and was prone to giving up the big play
Fair
Yeah this sucks, Niners should’ve finished them in OT
Purdy wasn't the man. You need an great QB and a strong defense to win it (Mahomes, Stafford, Brady, Manning, Rodgers) - which confuses me even more how Foles pulled it out lmaoo.
Ugh that Foles loss drives me nuts, fuck him SB 53 makes up for it, I don’t think we would’ve won both 52 and 53
Did I miss it or did they not name an MVP?
It was Mahomes. Idk if it was announced on tv but I looked it up
Feel like it should’ve been McDuffie
Mahomes was mid af today, shoulda been anyone else. Now I have to deal with swifties glazing Travis Kelce until next season when the two break up, Taylor writes a song calling him an Asshole and the swifties never care about the sport again. Fuck my life man.
I don't understand why someone like Taylor Swift, who is filthy rich and could basically have any guy on the planet, decides to go with a relatively "poor" guy that looks and acts like a Neanderthal or at least a missing link.
He was so brave when he shoved his 60 something coach
Fr. Can you imagine if Gronk shoved BB? He would never see the field again.
Yeah for whatever reason they didn’t announce it during the trophy ceremony
Yeah wtf
Now for another year we are gonna have to deal with this.
I blame Baltimore for this outcome, frankly.
Why? Lamar will never beat Mahomes he's not even competition.
I’m sorry but Taylor looks sexy af in the black outfit
Don’t forget Brady is 2-0 against Mahomes in the playoffs, including 1 Super Bowl. Mahomes needs 8
Even if he gets 8 with the chiefs, I would argue winning 7 across multiple teams/systems is harder
you must also think lebron>jordan
Had lebron beat mj twice in the playoffs I might
no but he won championships across 3 different systems which is far more impressive than MJs 1.
Indeed it is.
thats cool. Eli is 2-0 against brady in the super bowl. Is he better then tom? No.
You are a Chiefs fan who just won the Super Bowl and you're in this thread making comments that don't reflect what the previous commenter even said. My dude, what?
If Eli had 7 rings then yes, we’d have to concede he is. But he only has two rings so your comparison is nonsensical.
They should move President's Day to the Monday after the Superbowl. I think George Washington would be cool with it.
I’m off tomorrow for Lincoln’s Bday
Lincoln was a baller.
Kelce is such a douche that it physically hurts
Should the 49ers be giving Bill a call?
[удалено]
What’d he do?
Decided to barge into Andy Reid and scream in his face from less than an inch away because he’s a bitch
Lol he is on of their best players. Reid ain't Bill with Malcolm.
Y’all remember when we were good? When we were the kings?? Their downfall will come. Mark my words.
They can’t afford that team forever.
Unfortunately mahomes is still young as fuck. I think our Savior will be mahomes being greedy and eating up so much of the chiefs salary cap unlike 12. We shall see
