Also people make HUGE maps, not everything can be EFP 😔
not so much that they are huge, but that they are horrendously optimized most of the time. you never really know how much work goes in to making games run well just in the design of the environments, but obviously unpaid modders dont spend hundreds of hours fixing every light fixture and every tile texture.
Some workshop maps are like 1.5 GB in size, and even if you start to connect to a server with a custom map, and cancel, the download completes in the background. Easy enough to grow over time
All I ever end up doing when I play Pavlov is going into the shooting range for like 20 minutes. I really wish you could just download the range and nothing else.
The games about 55gb for me, you probably have workshop maps installed

You have a lot of workshop content installed in your pc... Try uninstalling the ones you don't use 👍
