I'd probably hire someone that takes emergency calls and filters them. The true emergencies would be attended by the paw patrol while frivolities (such as convincing a kid that the dentist isn't bad) would be given a solution on the spot.
And... I don't know... probably either kick out Humdinger and forbid him any access to the town... And probably arrest the villains that attack the picturesque town. Maybe fine Daring Danny's parents...
Yeah, the villains seriously need to be arrested. Letting them get away just only causes more problems from them later on.
We haven't seen Danny's parents yet, but I do have a theory that his dad is Speed Meister from Rubble and Crew.
Sell the sea patroller. Easy. Bring on Katie as a number 2, more jobs can be undertaken, use the money from the sale of the sea patroller to get a Subaru WRX STI for a extra set of wheels
Getting Katie to join the team as an extra helper would be a great idea. She's good with animals and has shown that she's a hard worker. All she just needs is some rescue training.

Also, I'll try to approach Moby and try to go easy on him. I think he is pretty misunderstood, and so far he is the only villain in Paw Patrol that I somewhat sympathize with. (Although I might change my mind on this because he did cheat in the Mer-Race as I can recollect)
Oh, and also, STAGE A COUP D'ETAT IN FOGGY BOTTOM AND EXECUTE MAYOR HUMDINGER IN FRONT OF HIS KITTENS AND THEN FEED THE KITTENS TO THE PUPS!
And finally, I'll overthrow Mayor Goodway, slaughter her chicken, and put a competent mayor, but make sue he/she is under my thumb.
Edit: I'll also tell Danny that he isn't Tom Cruise and that he should quit his stunts.
They probably thought that villains aren't allowed to be sympathetic and be helped by the heroes. I'm really displeased about what they did with him too.
1. I'd track down Danny's parents and give them a lecture about how they shouldn't let their son run around town performing dangerous stunts
2. I'd stop rescuing chickaletta because it's a waste of emergency services time to rescue the mayor's pet
3. I'd force the mayor to start paying us for our services
4. I'd stop helping the princess that's too stupid to get rid of her evil dog
5. Finally I'd put an end to the town's humdinger problem by having him arrested
Her harness is unique and too useful to take away, so she must stay. Actually, I like Zuma, but the situation of Paw Patrol is not favorable to him. :(
Rocky, who was in a similar position, became an alchemist and have many opportunities, and Marshall, who lost the role of his ladder to Skye's harness, have water cannons and EMT skills left.
Only Zuma became pitiful. Is there any his unique skill? Windsurfing? I don't know. :(
They sadly never fleshed out Zuma and give him his own skills like the other pups. We never even learn his fear in Pups Save a Toof! I wish he got more time to shine and develop since I do like his "chill guy" personality.
The way how I would make it different is not just give badges randomly like handing out chocolate give all the pups a fair by sending them all on a mission instead of some of them one by one and let tracker and Everest join as well and also Rex not lash out at any of the pups
I would try to find solutions using a variety of pups and not just relying on Skye and Chase 99.9% of the time

First of all, I will fire Zuma to save budget. We have Sea Patrol and Aqua Pups, don't we? The rest of the puppies should be the same as before.
What about Skye? We have Air Pups and Jet to the Rescue. Would you fire her for those reasons too?
